Your Firefox reported that you are running Firefox 115 on Windows 7. Firefox 115 doesn't support the older SSL protocols TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. Possibly the server has not been updated for a very long time and can't support TLS 1.2. If a strong connection isn't essential, you can reduce the minimum prototocol to test whether this is the problem. I don't know how to do it only for one server, I am only aware of a setting that affects all sites.
