Trying to update Firefox, but from Settings- Trying to update Firefox, but General Tab message states "Your browser is being managed by your organization"--ImportEnterpriseRoots".
How to get rid of ImportEnterpriseRoots, so I can control my own computer & update Firefox? (Update options are not shown under Settings- General tab any longer for me due to the message showing "Your browser is being managed by your organization"--ImportEnterpriseRoots"? I am the only user on my computer & definitively not part of an "Organization". I found some help online that was way too technical for me. Thanks!

Hi- thanks for your reply. As the link suggests, when I enter in the Firefox address bar "about:policies" it leads to the same page that I originally found from the Firefox-- Settings--General tab & then clicked on the blue linked labeled, "Your browser is being managed by your organization". What I see is an "Active" tab with Policy Name-Certificates, Policy Value-ImportEnterpriseRoots, and True. All I would like to do is hopefully be able to update Firefox properly, but the Update section doesn't show under the Settings & General tab like it should. Am I correct that this has to do with the "Your browser is being managed by your organization"--ImportEnterpriseRoots "? How do I remove this? Is it easiest for a non-techie like me to just remove Firefox & reinstall it clean? Thanks!
