Firefox will open without me clicking on it run in the backround hidden. I beleive the file cloudctl.exe*32 is the problem. any help will be appreciated.
Firefox will open in the background and I do not know it. It is only when I notice how slow my computer is running that I check the Windows Task Manager and notice Firefox running when I never went to the internet all day. I ran Kasperski and it doe not find a virus. I believe the problem is a file named cloudctl.xex*32. when I close that file it stops Firefox from opening in the background.
Any incite on how to repair this problem?
Attached is a link to the problem with no fix. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1213921
I deleted Firefox and ran chrome and windows Internet explorer. Both had the same issue.
thank you dave P.

other antivirus scanners are detecting this file as malware: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/3fd726012b155593e2671c52aebc10615c2aae4ed33f7e3bf80d253d98ba0ae2/detection
so please run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & eset online one-time scanner.
