How to import saved logins in Firefox Quantum

I've installed FF Quantum Developer and I've imported a backup with Mozbackup. Bookmarks, history etc. were imported but the saved logins and passwords.

I tried to paste key3.db and logins.json (copied from FF in my netbook) in FF Quantum profile forlder but saved logins is still empty. I've also tried to use FF Sync Account but it didn't synced FF Quantum.

How can I do?
