I'll be clicking on items or links on my screen, and every 5-10 clicks will result in an unexpected switch to a new window with an URL that begins with "oldtbl.com" and a long address after that. This has been happening for the last 3 days or so. Screen shot attached. Thanks.

The "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page" warning is meant as an accessibility feature so people with disabilities or people who use screen readers do not get confused and isn't meant as a safety protection to stop redirecting.

In Firefox 56+ the "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page" setting can no longer be found in Options/Preferences.

You can modify this pref on the about:config page to enable or disable this feature

I run Malwarebytes Premium, so it actively blocks the page from loading, but does not stop the page from trying to load. I also use Spybot S&D on a regular basis, and after scanning, fixing and quarantine, this still happens.

If still having issues after using the above do follow the advice/instructions https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/ hey will work with you on it and inspect.

So this is no longer a Firefox Support Issue but a Malware issue so do please follow the above.
