I have many filters set up to filter mail coming in from several mailing lists into separate folders. I often get emails that are sent to multiple mailing lists and this seems to be confusing the filters and the mails are constantly jumping between the folders. 

How do I stop this?

Use the List-Id: header to filter, don't use from / to / subject etc.

Could you pleaes give more detail ? I also need to have multiple subject contains in Filter Rules but can't find any tips about it ex : subject contains "mozila, thunderbird"
