Hi,

Can you please help me out. My firefox keeps on crashing every time i open it. It will open up but after a few seconds it will crash and close. It crashes even in safe mode. Please see below Crash ID for your review.

Any info or suggestions on how to make it work is highly appreciated.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
