Firefox has a unity web player that either freezes or crashed or both,how do I fix?!!?

When I was going to play my first Unity game,something's not right. It said "failed to install Unity". I tried installing it +3 times,nothing works. I even used Google chrome,and explorer fails all the time. I need help with this problem,I need a solution,please help!!

I would highly recommend contacting the developers of Unity player, it looks like they have a small percentage of users with a mobile device and an intel graphics card: http://stats.unity3d.com/mobile/gpu.html
