Not sure if anyone else has realized this but Akamai / Edgesuite is using its algorithms to force people to stop using fire fox The reason that I see this is that I run a server with almost 100 web sites on it and Firefox has dropped from being quite significant a couple of years back. This is from one site of the almost 100 but is quite typical.

There are a number of requests opened about this but the only solution seems to be to switch to chrome. A massive number of major store sites are now using akamai / edgesuite and almost no-one using firefox can visit their stores now because of an error produced and there does not appear a simple solution for a person to even reach them. Some of the stores are Lowes, Tractor Supply, CVS, and others.

My desktop Firefox (version 155.0.1) has recently became unable to consistently access the Web site at this Web site this Web site. Chrome successfully accesses the site 100% of the time. Firefox's connection failures are intermittent, unpredictable, and usually go away on their own after varying time intervals (sometimes can't connect for up to 24 hours). I see status messages saying Firefox is trying to connect to the site, but it eventually gives up and times out.

I cleared the Firefox cache, but that had no effect. I don't recall making any significant changes to the Firefox settings lately. Any suggestions on what to look at/try would be greatly appreciated.

(Yes, I know the site doesn't use https: Its protocol is outside my control).

I am suddenly finding I cannot scroll a thread in Chatgpt! What changed in the last 2 days? It has been working fine for 2 years. I am on OS mojave 10.14.6 on a 2015 Model Imac.

On one frequently used website "objectremover.com", Firefox always fails to load the site, giving this error message "This page couldn’t load, Reload to try again, or go back." There is never any indication of why the page could not be loaded. We are on Windows 7 and extended Firefox release. This site could always be loaded in Firefox until one of the most recent updates. This problem has happened on more than one of our computers, yet the site always loads without a problem on Chrome. If this is caused by one of my settings being too strict, is there a way to put in an exception for this site?

Some web clicks insert the expected source, but I don't get the page requested until I highlight the source line in the header, and then hit enter. On my bank website, I can see the pages, but I cannot complete a transaction or multi-step process.

Fonts in the digital issues of the LA Times are changed. They appear as serif initially, but quickly change to a sans serif which appears to big for the space. The headlines are squeezed together and touching. Body copy is affected also. How to keep the fonts as they first come in?

After a Windows update, Mozilla my browser times out and won't load: "http://www.dailygammon.com/bg/login" It has been one of my bookmarks for years, I play Backgammon there every day. I have cleared my browser history and cache, it is still not loading. I tried with Edge and it loaded no problem. How do I fix this? Mozilla is my default browser.

Starting about 2-3 weeks ago, I couldn't access one webpage in where I access an account where I pay some bills on. It keeps saying 'Internal Error', saying to call the website's tech support. This website works on other browsers, just not Firefox it seems.

I have set my settings to 'no proxy', and have cleared all of my history. I don't know what else to do to get access to the website back. I am also not a coder, and this is my only laptop, so I am looking at solutions that are easy to understand and won't break my computer to where I would need outside help.

All other Browers can access... Only since the last update am I receiving this. I am on a secure account and all potential anything has been 3x Double Checked... ONLY MOZILLA FIREFOX... can someone explain what is it looking at in my system? Just a tad bit concerned.. and I am in SAFEMODE....

It previously affected M&S too but this seems to have been resolved.

I have cleared all logins and ALL browser cache and cookies, checked for updated version (running 155.0.1 for Mac OS) and restarted the browser. But still get a BAD REQUEST error when trying to access someone's Calendly page. I can load the main website of Calendly, but it will not load specific person's calendar.

I tested this in Chrome and in Safari and there are no issues loading someone's Calendly page. Here is an example account. https://calendly.com/rickcoughlin

We have a intranet site that works in Edge and Chrome without issues with the site added to "internet options". But for some reason we are getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to access it from Firefox. I have tried adding the urls to: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies: true network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn: true network.auth.force-generic-ntlm: false network.auth.force-generic-ntlm-v1: false

Ingocnito mode , same error. I have tried disabling all plugins. Disabled DNS over HTTPS.

I can't access two websites in Firefox, but I can access them on my phone and in other browsers. One site is Facebook, and the other is https://www.gildertech.com/forum/

I have various sites that won't accept site login credentials but work on other browsers and Firefox is running very slow. If I completely shut down and restart my computer, the logins will work for a few minutes but then stop working again. I've completely uninstalled Firefox several times, deleted my profile and created a new profile. Ran Firefox in troubleshooting mode with extensions turned off. None of these have had any effect. I recently saw a post that this might be a Firefox issue with version 154.00. I'm currently running version 154.01. Is this actually a Firefox issue or do I need to continue to look further into my computer and router for the problem?
