My anitvirus software is blocking a website that I use. Its legitimate. How can I unblock it?

I am getting this message when logging on to my CIT Bank account. I updated my Mcafee software yesterday. I had no problem logging in before to this site. Need help:

Hello. I'd wriitten a few days ago about being blocked from firemountaingems.com I got help from Issis B. and was able to browse the site by turning off the VPN temporarily. Today, I am again blocked even with the temporary turn off of the VPN.

Is there a way you can show me easily step by step, how to exclude certain sites from the VPN permanently.

Firefox is not allowing me to reach links to medical portal websites to set up accounts saying they can't reach the site and perhaps a firewall is blocking it. I have other accounts on this same portal... HELP please.

When I was trying to sing in to bit defender I ended up wiht this mozilla package. why did the bit defender have a statement questioning reliability using an ad-on?

Every time I access the web I get a report from Norton saying "Threat secured". It attaches every single website that I open. See attachment for some exmaples (only variabole part of message shown apart from first one).This is occuring 50+ times a day but does not occur using Edge, so it appears to be related to Firefox. Every new version of firefox just gets slower and slower. Now with version 152.4, I try to load a website, it just continuously tries to load, doesn't even if load the page just has those 3 dots to indicate it is loading. Nothing ever loads

I am starting to think switching from firefox is necessary at this point because no other browser has this issue like firefox. No other browser consumes a ridiculous amount of memory like firefox does.

I did adjustments to my anti-virus as recommended, did the settings changes on firefox to speed it up as recommended, still same issue.

When you guys create a new update, please focus on speed over security and ensure it loads faster. I am likely going to revert back to an older update or switch browsers, because I don't care about security so much as actually loading a website.

Why do I get a message that my Administrator is controlling my access when I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR AND ONLY USER? I used to get this on my Win 10 PC and now on Win 11! I don't know how to change settings on Malwarebytes. I got a suggestion to change the setting to use DNS over HTTPS, but it's already set there.

My personal computer's Firefox says the browser is controlled by enterprise. I have no enterprise.

I am trying to set up a vpn using Proton as a Firefox add-in but Firefox won't let me use it, saying it has invalid credentials. I can't contact Proton because if I enable it as an add-in to Firefox, I can't use my browser. Do you know of any other vpn networks that work securely with Firefox?

Now and then, I'm able to log in successfully. lately though, I'm having trouble logging in using Firefox browser.

This is becoming very frustrating. What could be the issue? What do i need to do to resolve the problem?

Hello, Iam using Bitdefender Secure Pass as passwordmanager, but since one or two weeks I have problems with the functionality on the laptop. I just can't open it. It is popping up and closing down immediately. Autofill in is not working as well. This is only when I use firefox, in chrome it is working. And on my mobile it is also working in firefox. I deinstalled and reinstalled the add on in firefox already. Afterwards it worked for a short time, but now it is the same again. Does somebody have experience with Bitdefender and an idea what I could do? Thank you in advance. Sabine
