It is with deep regret to inform you of my discontinuation of the use of Firefox.

My issues began at the beginning of February this year and have continued and compounded to the point that I cannot continue its use. The issues are constantly logging me out of my account, disabling ALL my bookmarks and the loss of well over a hundred passwords. I have followed every help article and community forums help links and to no avail I'm still dealing with all the same issues. I've have to restore my links every time I'm logged out of Mozilla. Their are no passwords to restore except for the Mozilla account I just had to log back into.

Again, I do regret discontinuing its use. I have used this browser for well over a decade and I am not one for changing anything at this point in my life. I'm 67 and having to switch is indescribably painful. I actually think your integration of AI functions are the problem. Everything was just fine before that was introduced.

Well you use to have hubs for mozz and other fun web pages to create and explore Firefox in also looking to find ai driven AR web development platforms that work well for things like lens attachments for vr and AR sites that allow me to use a map and camera to view things as another reality live adaptable plug ins to browse webpages and use cloud services that provide enough software services to run a server capable of producing games for these lenses things like googles new xr AR goggles are something to talk about also I thought the mozz webpage was a great way to learn Firefox in a small scale environment connected to the web

Firefox will only start if I sign in as an administrator. It doesn't connect to the internet, and I can't get to the help screen. I did a refresh but that hasn't help. If I uninstall and then reinstall a new copy correct the problem? How do I save and reinstall my bookmarks and settings? I love Firefox and prefer it over other browsers. But I need to fix it and any help you provide will be very much appreciated. Thank you!

On my PC - Initial problem was T-bird took forever to load and virtually all new msgs went to TRASH and I had to move to IN-Box. Per help from David - Saved off profile, and reinstalled thunderbird from thunderbird.net. No change. Then UNINSTALLED T-Bird (profile still intact). Now just attempts to open "Looking up imap.comcast.net", but won't open/connect and to close the app I must use WIN Task Master. Can't get to any msgs, etc. Also, in the past when I was able to open, the banner or bar at the top of the page had hundreds of email icons. I sometime have over 1000 emails in my in-box!! I have years worth of emails in folders on T-Bird which I don't want to loose. Help. Thank you. I have a "working" version (with the "trash" and slow loading issue per above) on my laptop, so I can access suggestions on that version of T-Bird. You could also send any suggestions to x@gmail.com
