As title says, whenever I'm scrolling through any website there's a lot of flickering, did some research and past "fixes" said to turn off smooth scrolling and hardware acceleration, which I tried but all it did was minimise the effects, this flickering has only been happening for the last day or so.

I am no longer given the option of being able to scroll through my open instances of Firefox. When using my primary smaller horizontal monitor, it only shows 28 open instances. When making my larger vertical monitor the primary monitor, I can see 62 open instances (Not Tabs). Either way, the little arrow no longer pops up under the open instances list allowing me to be able to scroll to what instance I want to view.

When I scroll some sites with the touchpad, it doesn’t scroll smooth like on windows. It scroll brutally 3 lines after 3 lines. I can’t scroll a half line for example. Even if I activate “smooth scrolling”, it doesn’t scroll with the precision and the speed of the hand. I don’t if It’s a mistake in the code of gecko or in the code of firefox but could somebody fix it?

I see a strange bug in FF desktop. It’s a bit convoluted to explain but let me try
1. I have a container web page https://htmag.co.il/forum10
It basically hosts a full height Iframe
2. So it is in fact the one scrolling (not the Iframe), so scroll down to about 50% of the page.
3. After scrolling down Navigate to an internal page by clicking a link. Scroll will reset to top
4. You can do this again just in case.
5. Now move back to the list of posts (the first link). The scroll position is lost.
I think this is because there are multiple scroll positions confusing it.

When accessing www.gsp.ro and scrolling up and down it feels very choppy like a frame rate drop down.
The issue doesn't seem to happen in another browser or accessing different websites with Mozilla.
