Hello, in TB there is the option of displaying certain appointments or all appointments, e.g. in the next seven days (above the calendar). This also works perfectly on my Windows computer, but unfortunately not on my Linux computer (Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS, TB 115.10.1 (64-bit)). In TB on Linux, no appointment is displayed as a list at all. I have a Thunderbird on my old windows computer. I just installed it on my new computer (and I donated). I could have sworn that I had the import/export tool on the old Thunderbird. I desperately need to move some folders of emails from the old computer to the new one. I can't find a way to do that. I went to a link that said the import/export tool no longer works. I tried archiving the messages in a folder but have no idea where they went. Luckily I could undo that. What is the best way to move these folders of emails to the new computer? It was really easy many years ago.

I just signed onto Mozilla to do some emails and my history email and files no longer appear. My address books are there and ok.

I renamed a folder and now the folder is not showing. As the folders contains few emails and I want to those back, tried restarting the thunderbird many times. Let me know if faced the same before and found a solution for it.

I changed the password for one of my gmail accounts and now Thunderbird can't access it. It kept asking for verification. When I realized the problem I changed out the '@' but I can't change the password in Thunderbird. New emails are accessible in Gmail and Outlook but Thunderbird doesn't show then and nothing happens when I use 'get messages'. I need to delete the problem account to re-enter it, when I try to add the email address as a new account Thunderbird just says it already exists and does nothing.

Opened TB 115.11.0 (64 bit) this am A compact procedure started up. I am now left with a message whose subject is quite different from the content The next message has just come through - apparently no problem, but the original error remains. See screenshot. Not sure what to do next!

Sometimes a mail comes in, a notification sound is played - but no notification pops up (Thunderbird notification).

How come?

The mail comes in normally and arrives in the inbox - it has no filter settings.

Hi I decided to donate so I could get rid of the automatic start of my browser showing the request for donation screen whenever I open Thunderbird. Even though I received the confirmation that I successfully donated, I still get the annoying request for donation. How do I stop the auto load of the browser?

I’m running Supernova 115.11.0 (32-bit) on a Windows 7 desktop (64-bit), and – from the beginning – it has been freezing at least once every 24 hours. The only way to “unfreeze” it is to use Task Manager to close Thunderbird, and then reboot it. No troubleshooting reports are ever shown.

Is this a wide-spread issue, that may be addressed in updates?

Please assist,I have 4 Email address with Thunderbird & regardsless of which email I use ti send a reply,it comes up with out going server SMTP error this all happened when I added a 4th Email address Thank you Darryl

Received an encrypted message but the content appears to be only my public key. Message not visible. Copy of same message was displayed in the clear in gmail on a computer that not set up to encrypt. Any suggestions gratefully received.

If I deleted an email or moved it to another folder - on my apple app for any of the accounts that I also have on thunderbird

The changes would sync seamlessly - a few seconds after I deleted or moved an email on my apple iPhone mail app - on my laptop - thunderbird would show the same changes.

The same worked the other way if I deleted or moved an email on thunderbird on my laptop - my iPhone would show the changes in seconds.

However now if I do the same on my iPhone The changes do not show up at all.

BUT if I do the changes on my laptop - they will show on my iPhone. It just doesn’t work if I do the changes on my iPhone.

Is there a reason for this?
