Hi,

Pressing "enter" seems to double space next line my text automatically on platforms, and pressing "alt+enter" does single spacing next line. Is there anyway to change it to single spacing? Some older help threads mention going to settings or tools to find the "composition" option but that doesn't seem to exist anymore?

Since I downloaded your program, I no longer have Personal Addresses. Where did they go? I didn't copy any of my addresses to another program, so I can't send any messages to anybody

I am unable to add new contacts in my contact list. It definitely is creating a problem. Why will it not let me add them, please and how do I fix the issue? I did not have this problem until I got a new computer and using Windows 11.

Overnight my PC had a normal software update. Since then, when I click the arrow symbol to download all attachments, nothing happens. The only way to download attachments now is to click the magnifying glass, then save. For my work I need to download multiple attachments from multiple emails a day so it's pretty inconvenient.

Then I click on an email address on a web page, the message, "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page." pops up. (See image of message) I checked the Default Apps Settings page and "Thunderbird" is not a choice. I was unable to find an App for Thunderbird. With Morzilla on my Windows 10 computer, the email address would open Thunderbird. Now, I have to copy and paste the address. How can I correct this?

Hi, Since a few days ago I can not send email due to connection problem with smtp.google.com. The same problem occurred at a second computer, I am using Windows 11. See attachment.

I have been getting the message below stating that my inbox file could not be compacted. It says I might not have enough space on my hard drive, but it is less than half full with several hundred GB free. It also says that I might not have write privileges, but clearly, I have been writing to it to store emails and save various other files.

What can I do?

Je n'arrive pas à enlever cette demande de don. Comment faut il faire ? Cette publicité, aussi légitime soit elle, pénalise l'usage de votre produit qui a des fonctionnalités intéressantes. Just loaded this program and it is great, easy to use and set up. After saying that, I cannot work out how to put the display into columns with the inbox on the left, email next to that and then the email body on the right. I hope that this is clear enough. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Steve

I am writing to report an issue with the folder names in your program.

Although I have selected Polish as the primary language setting within the application, the names of system folders (such as Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, etc.) are all displayed in English.

Crucially, on my original mailbox (accessible via webmail or other clients), these folder names are correctly displayed in Polish.

I have attempted to change these folder names manually within your application, but the changes do not persist, and the names revert back to English. There seems to be no other option within the app to correctly synchronize or change the display language for these folders to Polish.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution to ensure the folder names are displayed in Polish, consistent with my language setting and original mailbox configuration?

The option "Apply current view to --- -> Folders and subfolders ..." does not work! It ONLY applies to the current folder and also is no longer active after restart of the program. This is VERY annoying!

Yesterday I was able, with someone's help, to turn off the feature in Thunderbird that is a pop-up on lower left of screen that a new email has come in. But now I want to also get rid of the sound. Didn't have this problem with my old computer and Windows 10. Or is this something I can only not have when speakers are turned off?
