I’m using Thunderbird 148, IMAP, and my folder pane folder mode is set to All Folders. I seem to remember Thunderbird showed me a quota bar so I would know how much space was left on the server. Recently no quota bar has been visible, what gives?

POP3 account. Trash contains folders that, mostly, I have no idea where they came from, and nothing I do will delete them. More than 30 folders at current count, all empty.

I never had this problem and only been experiencing it recently.

After turning my computer off, turning back on and loading up Thunerbird, my calendars are not displaying again. I have to keep removing and readding again.

I am using Google Calendar that is linked to my phone and pc. The phone is fine and always displayings my appointments. I am using the "Provider for Google Calendar" extension on Thunderbird.

I at first though it could be OneDrive interfering with the data, but that does not make much sense as its a calendar hosted on Google, but still I configured and checked the OneDrive.

I am at a loss and getting fed up of having to readd my calendars back every day. So, I don't know if this was an update that did it, a broken extension, etc. But, I am desperate for a solution.

I seem to have purchased "Owl for Thunderbird," unwittingly paying 10 Euros ($11.93) while in England on 2.11.26. I don't want or need it and I want remove and cancel the add on. I also want to stop paying. How do I do that? Where is it hidden in Thunderbird?

The calendar has a way for you to see all calendar events. Is there anyway to view all calendar tasks? My goal is to clean up the calendar by removing old tasks.

I recently updated from a very old version of Thunderbird. The new version no longer shows the little popup messages at the bottom of my screen when automatically checking accounts for mail at the designated interval. As I have numerous email accounts (all set up as POP mail), set to check at different intervals, these popups were useful to me - they also showed when I manually checked an account, or all accounts - this also is not happening anymore. Have they been discontinued, or is it possible I turned them off? I did change some things to suppress nags to update Thunderbird during the time I was using the old version, and unfortunately didn't keep a record of those changes. I'd appreciate knowing which function in about:config controls this feature so I can check to see whether it's set correctly. Thanks!

Updated to 148.0 this morning and now none of my google calendars are population the calendar. I am clueless as to why. Tried deleting them and re-adding them in - Not working. If this can't be fixed I am done with Thunderbird. Kind of sick of everything breaking with updates with no warnings.

Why does every time TB updates it cause all my Yahoo accounts force me to get new passwords? Is it TB or Yahoo that is creating this problem of me having jump through hoops just to get the accounts working again. BTW the passwords in TB don't work when this happens.

Either this get resolved or I stop updating TB.

Each time I open Thunderbird, it redownloads 423 gmail messages. When I exit, and relaunch, it repeats this. I also get an error message. It's been doing this for a week or so, but never up till then.

I've checked my settings, redone the saved password so it's now Oath2 and am out of ideas.

Can you help?

I tried transferring TB to new computer, nothing has worked. w11 TB148. Manually didn't work, tried coping from Troubleshooting Information/profiles. I don't know why there are 2 TB's? Under local and roaming but I tried. The video is out of date. It's a new install of TB so it opens with create account, both computers W11 and TG148! Please somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have 5 email accounts in Thunderbird. After the update to 148.0, any incoming email gets duplicated into all five email inboxes. Also, Thunderbird re-downloads the various email folders (e.g., spam) repeatedly. How do I make this stop?

I opened Thunderbird this morning and my Drafts folder is empty. Not only that but when I am composing an email and hit Save, which is setup to save to Drafts folder, I get a little popup that says Copying message to drafts folder. I open Drafts folder and it is not there. However, this new message that I tried to safe to Drafts shows up in a folder named All Mail. I try to drag it to Drafts but it does not copy or move to Drafts. I created a new folder and named it Drafts 2 then copied this test message to Drafts 2. But where are my original Drafts folder contents> I have changed absolutely nothing in Thunderbird. No settings changes, no nothing. What the heck? I had important things in my Drafts folder and now they are gone.

Oh, this happens on my Primary Gmail account. I open Gmail in my browser, check Drafts and it's empty too.

I check my ISP furnished POP3 account and it has a message in Drafts. I create a new message, save it to drafts in this POP3 account and Thunderbird147 puts it there.

Migrated from comcast(xfinity)to yahoo which was a pain. That said, I moved the "Bulk "folder to the trash thinking Thunderbird's Junk folder would be what I needed. Apparently not, and now I cannot get the Bulk folder out of the trash and back where it belongs. Help??
