I need help to log into Thunderbird. I get the same message over and over again (login to server imap.videotron.ca with username...............failed. I've tried several tried and true passwords from before and none fit.

This is a new desktop computer and I cannot sign in toThunderbird. I have tried several passwords - no luck. I have had a code sent to reset but it still rejects the passwords It is working on the other desktop alongside on the desk. Help would be appreciated! Barrie

I have been using Thunerbird for many years. Lin fixed a problem with an f8 toggle issue last week but I had 2 downloads for thunderbird in my desktop I tried to open 1 of them and it said there was a file it could not open. I opened the other one and it asks for my password. I keep 2 notebooks with my passwords but I can't find one for thunderbird. I tried to do a restore in windows 11 but the restore point from weeks ago said it could not complete because of an open vpn or some other file. There are no earlier restore points because I had a new ssd and some memory upgrades. Is there a way to recover that password? Probably no problem if I opened it from the tray but I was working on a printer problem at the time and had the desktop open. Thank you

We are unable to login to our Thunderbird desktop email. Acct. mcdonaldmech@centurylink.net It says our passwords are invalid. We need to be able to update password and login.

I'm unable to recall which user name & email password combination I used to setup my NTLWorld email when I had to reconfigure it for Virgin/Googlemail. How can I find or reset it (so I can export to mobile)?

i did what microsoft said to do ran DISM and jhad to do my computer all over again losing all my passwords and sites i can not sign in to thunderbird or Xfinity and can not get a hold of anyone lost passwords to allimportant sites Please help with thunderbird if possible
