Cox has tranferred my email accounts to Yahoo. I need to know how to connect back to Thunderbird. Had a discussion on your FB group with ANJE YELF.. She said to leave a message here and she would get back to me on how to do that. I have imap.

For the last week, Thunderbird hasn't downloaded the mails from my Strato account. I can still send mails, and read the mails when I log in to Strato. Thunderbird still downloads the mails from my other accounts. It worked fine until now, so I suspect the problem is related either to an automatic Thunderbird update or an automatic Windows (10) update.

One day last week one of three of gmail accounts stopped working in Thunderbird; I can’t send or receive email. I have not changed anything that I know of in either Thunderbird or the Gmail account.

I just checked the email account using a Chrome based browser and it works fine (sends and receives). I have attached three screen shots. Two in Thunderbird and one in browser.

The one from the browser shows I have Thunderbird I have given access to Thunderbird to my gmail account. From the two in Thunderbird one for signing in and the other one with the error and a broken robot drawing is what I get when I select next on signing in.

I am no longer able to receive emails from my office 365 account(was originally a go daddy account). I am able to send emails out and its showing deleted emails for over 10 years ago. I just have nothing on inbox. I have taken everything out and reinstalled, even changed passwords. anyone have a idea how to fix.

I am struggling with Gmail and Yahoo mail account in TB these few days. I hit almost the same errors from both. I generated app password for Yahoo mail, and put it in when setting up new account. For connection security: SSL/TLS For authentication method: tried with Normal password, Encrypted password, and OAuth2 However, I am seeing the expected authentication window pop up when trying the OAuth2. For all three authentication method: errors are always the same --- unable to connect to your IMAP server. I've followed another instruction to change maximum number of server connections to cache into 1 or 10. Error messages were the same imap one. So, what should I do/try for next?

If I try to import Mail Message in Outlook 2016, the progress will not proceed at 0%

Both Outlook and Thunderbird were running on 64bit

How to solve this?

Poczta Thunderbird nie ściągą nowych wiadomości, usuwane teraz stare, wracają do folderów głównych. Przy odbieraniu wiadomości pojawia się komunikat jak na zdjęciu. Ostatnia wiadomość pobrano ok. 100razy.

I have just imported my old email from Outlook to TB Local Folders. Everything works out except some of the email (not all) show a wrong date in the email list. The date show a future date like 2/7/2101, 6:28 AM. Please check the attached image. Any idea?

I created a compressed (zip?) file from my prior computer. I have not been able to figure out how to get the data from that file onto my new computer. My primary need is for my tasks and events calendar. I have been able to access email accounts without referencing the compressed/zip file. When I insert the flash drive, a message pops up asking me to "insert the last disk of the multi volume set" I don't understand this request. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me

Moved to new country (UK) took TB data with me as instructed. Installed TB did put in email data. Uploaded TB data as per instructions. Opened TB and put in email password etc. All my current emails show up no problems and email account appears to work but none of the uploaded data appears even though it took 15 min to upload. It feels like it was uploaded to the 'wrong' place but I uploaded the data it to the TB folder as instructed. Any idea what I did wrong??
