Cannot import from Outlook 365 - says No profile

Thunderbird freezez regularly on arch - distro

I believe it is since my last system update, that thunderbird freezes for a minute or so, approx. every second minute. Could you please help me to identify and resolve the problem?

I am using an Arch-based linux distribution called "eos" (https://endeavouros.com). I am using XFCE. Following, some info about my PC:

For a start, I created a backup of my profile location: cp -R ~/.thunderbird ~/.thunderbird_backup


Now, I need to find the location of the logs. Could you please help here? Thanks a lot!

When I deleted Spark Xtra Mail as I no longer want it then Thunderbird stopped working. When I try to log in it says authentication failed

For the last few days, I am receiving only about 80% of the emails sent to me on my Thunderbird email. I receive the other emails on my ISP Squirrelmail web portal.

I have not set up any message filters on my Thunderbird email.

the email count is x3

i have a problem with the number of no read emails, because look that is 9 the number of emails... and there are only 3 but in 3 different folders... how can i avoid that… (читать ещё)

I use Owl to receive my emails on Thunderbird. This has been working fine, but stopped round about my renewal date. I have re-added all my account details and can get the data to come up, but it doesn't stay. Every time I close Thunderbird, so all the folders and emails disappear too. Please help. I have tried contacting the Owl Support several times by email, but they have not replied!

I haven't been getting new emails for several days, and my sent mail is not going out. I'm on a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.4.1. and Thunderbird 115.9.0 (64-bit). My isp provider is FRII and I've been able to read my mail on their program call SOGo.
