I just signed up for Mozilla Support. I clicked out of the payment info and can't get back in. How do I edit my credit card info? I want to cancel and I'm not sure, since I left the page if my card is being charged. Thank you

Hi there. I keep getting a pop up that says my computer is infected, etc. It pretends to be windows with several buttons to cure the problem... When I to into security settings windows says it blocked it and gives me the correct time that it was blocked. It keeps popping up even with the Firefox browser. When I watch a movie it does not pop up....??? Movie on u-tube. Thank you for any thoughts. Ok , here it is again.. In a different form..."Your Norton has Expired. " It has a button for "Enable protection" and a protect and close button. The address is d6megpo029pc73bd7vt0.visolabala.co.in I was unaware that I have Norton protection. It offers it at 29.99 per year. It has a "protect" or "close" button under that. I normally click of the faint "X" in the middle of the right of the page. If it is Norton, I would like to sue them for infecting my computer. But I don't think it is Norton. thanks again for your thoughts.

Mozilla Monitor shows my email address has "4 exposures of my data. It appeared across 2 data breaches" for Evite on 8/10/13, and ShareThis on 7/8/18. Can't change Evite password when I don't remember the password, and unlikely have used it ever since. Tried moving onto the ShareThis, but Monitor wouldn't get past it. What am I supposed to do, and how to resolve the exposures? Thank you.

I note in an email after having great support in changing my Visa card payment number (for an existing regular Apple payment) that I may have inadvertently bought some storage, can you ensure that this didn't happen as at present I am not earning.

When trying to upload a new credit card to replace the now retired card on file I am getting blocked with a message that states: " We could not determine your billing location. Please verify your payment method information and try again."

I've reloaded the card information three times, along with the United States and my zip code. All are factual, but there is not a way to provide anymore information than asked for.

If "determine your billing location" has to do with where I'm currently online it's not going to match the zip code I provided, although that zip code is correct for the purpose of my credit card billing.

In short, I'd like to pay and continue service. Please respond to my email address with an alternate way to subscribe:

Hi. Monitor shows 2 outstanding data breaches. I go to the accounts that show the breaches and try to rest the password as 'forgotten password' link. Both entities say no account exists. Why am I showing as being part of a breach when I don't have accounts??????

I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund but I already deleted my account. I read all the directions but can't find the links to make this all happen. I would appreciate some help. Than you,
