Hi there!

For the last few month my Firefox on Android won't sync with my own sync server anymore. Syncing works on Ubuntu Desktop Firefox. On Android the same URL is configured and worked before.

I tried reinstalling Firefox and installing Firefox Nightly, but I cannot get it to sync: Login in to Account works, but "Last synced" either says "never" or "Jan 1, 1970".

I tried debugging as shown in the mozilla docs (https://wiki.mozilla.org/User_Services/Sync/Debug_Sync)

I've used FF forever and am using FF Bet on my android now. Please please PLEASE tell me how to STOP THE PAGES FROM REFRESHING. I'm a little frustrated....... Thanks in advance.

This only happens on mobile. Whenever I leave the Firefox app (without closing) and reopen it, the website reloads and everything I had done beforehand is lost. This makes it impossible to use Firefox along with other apps at the same time. The same issue also occurs when I have to open another app (from Firefox) to upload a file; after selecting an image to upload, I'm back to Firefox, but the website reloads and forgets I was uploading something.

How do I get my sign ins, passwords, bookmarks, etc., on my laptop to the Android version of Firefox on my new Android phone? I have signed into my Firefox on my laptop and instructed it to "Sync". It says it has synced on my laptop. Now how do I get that information I mentioned above to sync to my phone? I tried taking a picture of the QR code on my laptop but it says I need to pair it with another device, but doesn't say how to do that. I need my bookmarks, passwords, sign ins transferred/copied to the Firefox browser on my new Nokia X100 phone. It just keeps telling me I need to pair my device but no further instructions.

Being a decade user of Firefox I must say that I started to hate it because the last editions hide the choice for enabling or disabling javascript. The stupid comand "about:config" leads nowhere and all previous answers are absurd. Why Mozilla decided to hide the option " turn on / turn off" javascript? It turned a previously great navigator into a stupid user unfriendly useless software. I use the internet for over 40 years and Firefox has always been my favourite. What obscure financial reasons made developers decide to hide the simple option of earlier editions? Please put back the "on/off" option for javascript. Untill then I'll use Chrome.

I am using Mozilla Firefox on Samsung Galaxy A5 phone (Android version 4.4.4) since 2016. I last used Firefox on my phone yesterday. Today, when I wanted to browse internet, I noticed that Mozilla Firefox app has been removed from my phone. When I visited Google Play Store, the app was unavailable in search. I am using latest version 99.2.0 of Firefox browser of Android phone. Now I am telling you the problem i am facing in this browser. Open any website in Firefox browser, select a word on webpage and now you have a context menu in which copy, cut, select all, translate options are given. when you will tap on translate option, Firefox browser will be crashed. only firefox has this problem. it is not working with google translate app. google translate app provide translate option in context menu and we can't use it in firefox only. I am attaching Screenshot also. this bug was also existed in the previous versions.

I don't know what's going on but I can't login to my bank I have to use chrome. Truist.com And I've used nothing but Firefox for 10yr.. Latest FF for Android on LG phone, desktop is down.. Help..

Someone has hacked my Android phone and I don't know what to do I already have did a factory reset and it didn't work I don't know what to do about it please let me know

I just installed Firefox for Android. I'm trying to sync my device for the first time. The app said to open firefox.com/pair on my desktop & take a picture with my camera of the symbol. So I opened firefox.com/pair on my desktop (Windows 10) and it shows a box that says, "Connect to another device {title} Open the code scanner on your Firefox app and show the code when ready. [Show code] {button}"

I looked on my app & can't find a code scanner anywhere. Anyone know where to find it?

Is there a way to not open a new tab when i hit the home button? I hit the home button when i want to leave the page i am on. I don't want the other page left open in another tab.

Hi, I'm trying to use auto-fill in other apps on my android device for other android apps and it isn't letting me signing using this utility.

I turned on the option in Firefox browser and also permit the app to auto-fill in other app. but still when I'm trying to log into other apps in the login window first it shows me small popup called "unlock Firefox" and when i click it, it isn't working. The app isn't filling up my credentials in other apps which is also frustrating. i don't want to store my credentials in multiple apps that's why I want to use Firefox.

Let me know what I can do best to help to resolve this issue.
