When cklicking in a download Link firefox starts downloading but doesn't come to an end. When I try with chrome it immediately works but I want to avoid Google as much as possible. Version 82.1.3 on Galaxy S9

Hello all! I'd like to know a way to partially erase some history entries on FF for Android: I'll try to explain with an example! I have about 6000 pages stored in history many of them being yahoo redundancies!
With previous versions of FF, I could just go to History then type the adress yahoo.com and then the browser would filter the entries and display only those containing yahoo.com but that isn't possible with the latest versions eversince the early August releases.
Anyone has a clue as to what I can do about it? I would be very appreciative! Thanks all and have a good day! Cheers!

When I go there and download a pdf I can chose "continue with" Firefox or acrobate reader. It works with acrobate reader but fails with Firefox (load 5 minutes and then fails).

Since the latest update on Firefox for android, all attempts to download files fail with the download progress bar first of all spending an age bouncing left to right, then showing "download failed ".
Same files from same site at same time on same device using any other browser works fine.
How do I search using Firefox and avoid Google? I want to be as pri ate as possible and don't want Google to track me
