mdnsd now in FF42, drains battery rapidly. Is there a fix?

Galaxy S5, Lollipop 5.0.1. Confirmed that when FF 42 or FF Beta is installed, mdnsd process starts up and sucks down battery life. Phone went from 17-20 hours on battery to 4, even if FF is not running. Verified that uninstalling FF gets rid of mdnsd and restores battery to normal.

I am the webmaster of a Joomla 3 website http://www.richmondramblers.org.uk/. On my Motoe 2 phone and nexus 7 tablet the mini main menu does repond to pressing until to enlarge the website when it does. This menu works on Chrome for android. On the Firefox on Linux you can get a similar menu that works if you zoom out to 150%. See attached image. Does anyone get a similar problem when visiting this site or know what the problem is?

I really don't understand why Mozilla won't add this as an option, most other browsers let you change the order of your bookmarks but not Firefox, I don't get why? For a mobile app to force me to have to use my laptop to sync my bookmarks into order is just a joke and makes it feel like I am still in the yeah 2000
