I selected duck duck go search engine but my phone defaults to Bing every time. How can I eliminate Bing? I

When I finally decided to start organizing my hundreds of bookmarks, I began to experience a crash every 1-2 minutes. I'm opening, editing and moving bookmarks into different folders, which by itself shouldn't cause frequent crashes. My phone's specs shouldn't be an issue either since I have an s24 ultra. I'm grateful for any replies, and would like to thank you for your time.
