Is it normal to see that?@ about:logo ....or see screen shot

i can't don't remember seeing them logo page before but maybe it's new.. just thought I'd bring it up. Same on my other devices too, beta or stable , didn't matter.

I've seen other references in the about pages which seem to imply i'm using a nightly build in addition to the logo..

How can I override the default to connect to a website in HTTPS-mode and enforce a HTTP connection for specific websites, like the configuration server on modems/routers?

Where is the Firefox-for-Desktop option in the padlock menu for the Android version, when it says "Connection is not secure", to turn off "HTTPS-Only Mode" temporarily or permanently for that site?

All I have available, is the in this case pointless "Retry" button and the useless info "This connection has timed out". But nothing at all to force a HTTP-Only connection.

The solution can't be, that every time I need to connect to a website that does not support transport encryption, to have to dive deep into FF's settings and globally disable "HTTPS-Only Mode", and once I am done, go back and enable it again.

So, what is the pragmatic solution on mobile Firefox to add and manage such exceptions?

What's going wrong with pinning websites to the desktop? On my old Tesco Hudl2 tablet, I could pin any website I wanted to the desktop.

On my new Lenovo tablet, I am able to pin sites like toolstation.com and Tesco groceries, but not yell.com or groceries.asda.com

On my phone (a Xiaomi X3 Poco NFC), I had successfully pinned traveline.com and yahoo.co.uk, but both of those pins disappeared recently, and now I can't re-pin them. Both remain pinned on my tablet.

Am I doing something wrong? Why is this feature so inconsistent?

I am sick and tired of Microsoft and their statements like, "Windows 7 is no longer supported". Now Google has joined them with same thing. I do NOT see Firefox doing the same thing. Probably because they are NOT tied to the functionality that Microsoft provides. This paradigm has gone on long enough. What can I do to promote Firefox as the premier Browser for all platforms. For example, instead of syncing my contacts and required to use Google on Android devices. How can we get to the point of being able to use Firefox and ditch Google when I buy an Android phone?

In the past few weeks i cannot sign in to my accounts with different vendors like Amazon. A pop up window appears when I click on "Sign In" and the window states, and I quote: "Open in another app

If I click on Cancel it will let me enter the email or phone number in the site pop up box. But, once entered and pressing the continue box, which would normally take you to the password box, it brings up the same window as above. Then it does not matter whether i click on Cancel or Open, it will not give me a password box and will not take me to the site. It presents a page that states We're sorry, The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site. So, I cannot call any Firefox Tech person and get this straightened out. Also today, the website icons I have saved to my home page were greyed out today. I went to Verizon and they determined it was an issue with Firefox since that is how I accessed those sites and used that search engine to save them to the home screen. I decided to reload those one at a time and then erase the greyed out icons. When I got the 3rd one done the other 29 became live again. Not sure what is at issue here but i do need assistance. Please, if you can. Let me know how to change it? I stopped using Firefox for a long time. For awhile I got whoever deals with that problem to change it. I guess. But it started again. I don't know Spanish. I know English, and I am currently working on Sioux Tribe language. But I am not really versed in any language except English for everything I receive from Firefox to be in Spanish.

In about.config i set javascript.enabled false for most browsing, unless i really need to do otherwise (e.g. ecommerce). If i close the app (menu quit), and restart it, javacript.enabled is reset true. This behaviour is not replicated for other settings i may make, e.g. dom.storage.enabled, or permissions.default.image. Being Android i have no root so no possibility of creating a user.js to override Firefox ignoring my settings. This seems to be a bug. Version is Android Nightly version 121.0a1, 2023-11-05.

After updating the latest version[109.0a1 (Build #2015916747)], when I enter twitter.com in the browser, the browser will automatically jump to the app, I just want to operate on the browser, what should I do

...Desktop site option setting does not stick! After switching tabs for 5 mins, it changes back to mobile site view & I HAVE TO X out of tab, reopen it, & check desktop site again! You can't just reset the desktop site option on & off either, doesn't work. You MUST X out the tab & start all over. ...It's a real pia! In older versions it always worked, always defaulted even days later! However, NOT in the last few versions, why can't it still currently work now? It should! ...And god for bid you find any real support! And probably won't get it here either. ...."IS" there ANY real, live support around here? A developer email? Anything??? I Have gone thru absolutely every menu setting visible in FF for Android... and there has been no current findable answer provided in the forums. What's the deal? This should be easy. If it's just no longer an option, please say so. There's Nothing under "Enhance Tracking Protection" whether OFF or "standard"; Nothing under "Customization"; Nothing under "Private Browsing"; Nothing under "HTTPS ONLY" -- Not when enabled or Disabled; Nothing under "Site Permissions"; Nothing under "Exceptions". I need to change my proxy setting on my android device. This means I need to change the proxy setting in FireFox on my android device. It seems that the proxy setting are no longer available. How do I change proxy setting in FireFox 105.2.0 for android?

I use Dashlane password manager which only half works in Firefox on my Samsung s22 Ultra. I have to manually open Dashlane copy a password and paste it into Firefox. At that point it would automatically fill. But that's not the real problem. I opened up the clipboard and found a whole collection of my passwords. How do I set up Firefox to clear the clipboard on exit?

There used to be an optio open in app option under 3 dot menu right hand corner but after updating to latest version it has gone.

I need that option badly. Please help getting that back I don't want to clear data or uninstall as it will completely ruin many settings logins layout ETC it will be chaos for me

I just downloaded firefox nightly for the sole purpose of being able to use the about:config editor. My question is, how can I disable the blue dots in both the screenshots attached? I find it annoying to be bothered when any application notify me that an update has been installed. Where in about:config should I search to disable this behavior?
