I have being using this particular browser for a long time. It worked for me very smoothly. However, since in the recent past I was faced with bad browsing behaviours. Delayance,crashes, and failures among others. Kindly advise?

Hi, ever since I got my Samsung A32 5G a year ago, Firefox for Android constantly crashes. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version and still have this problem. Please help, this is very frustrating and Firefox has been my PC and cellphone browser of choice for about 15 or more years!

I did what you told me to resolve the problem. Didn't work! It's probably some barf sack of government shit creature stealing control over my machine, that I pay for, like the rest of these fuck from hell Canadian life stealing, life wrecking, life sucking Canadian intestinal worms I hate more than Satan hated Christ. That like stealing control on MY LIFE after I voted this country, government and people the fuck out of my life with their forced fuck from hell canadian citizenshit at the federal and provincial elections. Firefox locks up on various websites on the Pixel 6a and will cause the phone is restart, although not always immediately. I've seen a post on Reddit with others having the same issue on the Pixel 6a.

These "crashes" aren't in the Report, so I'm not sure what to do. I've pressed Quit, I've cleared the Cache (twice), and I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Firefox was working just fine until recently. These crashes only to seemingly happen on YouTube and Tumblr. It closes worse when I have the YouYube in Background Add-on on, but it isn't just because of that. If anyone knows how to fix this, feel free to answer.

These are the issues I am experiencing:

1. Numbered list item The browsing is slow
2. Numbered list item The rendering is incorrect on some pages with garbled text/diagram
3. Numbered list item The browser crashes when I click on a link

When using android 12 Firefox on Nokia g60 the browser hangs and locks up phone. Does not happen immediately but after a few mins. https://standingstones.org/viewer.html?tour=-1

I used to have loads of inactive tabs and usually around 9-10 active taps and sometimes 30 tabs in total and it was all good.

Start with (I think) version 109 it when I have around 9-10 tabs (no inactive) the firefox automatically closes itself right after I start it.

Doesn't leave me any chance to even close tabs or do anything.

I tried: force stop then clear cache and still happens.

If on top of those above I also do clear recent apps, it might work.

I noticed it would work if it doesn't have the thumbnails of tabs which might imply that when it doesn't have other tabs cached it works fine.

So on my main firefox account the app crashes after a few mins consistently, on my phone and Tablet.

However I recently made a different account using a different email adress and zero crashes.

Is it likely to be a settings issue?

Once a while Firefox would freeze up and when that happens it would without fail reboots the phone if the phone goes to sleep and if I don't force close the app quickly. It might've done so anyway without putting it to sleep but I haven't tested leaving the screen on long enough. I noticed that if I was quick enough and force stop the app the phone doesn't reboot, but that window is really short. Maybe 2 seconds or so. Suffice to say force stopping didn't always work since the window is so short. When Firefox freezes other apps and phone functions work normally. It's been ongoing for a while through multiple updates. I see some people have already reported this same issue here. Can Mozilla fix this please? I have uBlock origin addon installed thanks. Also this never happened with my Pixel 3 phone which I was using up until a few months back so maybe it's pixel 6a specific. Alot of people have this same issue with pxiel6a from googling. It can freeze on any site I visit but one example is reddit.

Firefox has been crashing my phone for a while now. It finally was able to generate a crash log. Can someone take a look at the log and see what might be causing it? Thanks.

My phone is on Android 13 with the latest Firefox update. Under "Crashes" in Settings, there isn't much.
