As described at support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1222672, Firefox for Android should use 'tablet mode' (tab bar and back/forward/reload buttons) when the 'smallest width' value in developer settings is greater than 480. This has always worked for me on other phones, but on my Essential Phone, it stays in 'phone mode' regardless of the setting. Other apps that change layout based on this setting work fine. There is an Xposed module that can force Firefox to use tablet mode, but I was wondering if there's some other solution to this issue. Thanks a lot for any help!

Does anyone know why the latest version causes such high battery drain on the OnePlus 6 ? I've been having lots of issues since a few days ago after the update.
Any workaround,? Phone gets hot and reports high battery consumption in battery stats page.

Hi, I don't know what's wrong with the firefox of my mobile. I'm trying to access this webpage https://ibestbabyswing.com/when-do-babies-crawl/ from firefox of mobile, but it's unable to open it. However I see no problem accessing from PC. I have never faced any kind of issue from firefox before. This is the first time I'm facing this problem.

Captions are skewed to showed only one letter and to the left, when you set Youtube Setting to Desktop mode ON and Set Firefox Desktop mode OFF. I watching from Android TV.

I have used offline English dictionary for years with other browsers, always when I long press a word it pops up an option for dictionary definition. New phone, new Firefox, no dictionary. Have the same dictionary app installed, and tested working on Chrome. Hate Chrome. No add on from Mozilla add-on site works, have tried several now. I expect this is because they're all designed for non-Android but there is no way to just search for Android compatible add ons. Utter crap.

My bookmarks and history disappeared. Like magic when I don't need them they reappear. I have done the obvious and clicked on the History tab and the Bookmarks tab to get Firefox to recall and display but it's not working for me. For a temp fix I added a bookmark tab onto my home page on my phone itself, but it really would be better if my history and bookmarks would display in my browser instead.
