How the bell do i sort book marks by name?? Seems so stupid this can't be found. Need to 5 year old programmer to help???

Seems, in the past, mickeysofty and others would research how users use the product and make it easy. Not anymore. All you guys have said the user needs to figure out how we want you to use it. Nothing but one way to get there. It's their way and no other.

Firefox browser on android phone. How can I restore my Bookmarks to their previous alphabetic order? They have changed from alphabetic to totally random order within each folder.

Niestety nie mogę skopiować moich wielu ZAKŁADEK. Gdzie jest umieszczony plik z kopią Zakładek, jak się dostać do tego pliku np. w Chrome ??

Does Mozilla/Firefox know or care that rather than improve bookmarks the latest changed has completely fucked,it up and made it utterly useless?! Junk! Just garbage! No wonder so many people like me are dumping uou as a browser! Utter crap!

Since the mentioned update my bookmarks no longer appear in their set order and sometimes desktop bookmarks aren't visible at all. On one occasion, an element on my desktop bookmarks was displaced upon merely checking if it was there on the tablet.

I cleared cache & app data and reinstated sync TWICE on the tablet. Immediately afterwards the bookmarks restored their expected behaviour, but each time, after closing the app and reopening, they were either haphazardly jumbled or not visible in the menu at all.

Initially the bookmarks on Android started appearing in apparently random order after every quit/restart. I signed out of Laptop and Android, then signed in again and set up syncing again on both, but now the bookmarks on my Laptop no longer appear on Android at all, even after syncing.

I have firefox on a Windows 10 laptop plus two android phones and two android tablets. The Bookmarks on the laptop, both tablets and one phone are shown in alphabetic order. The Bookmarks on one phone are in random order. How can I make these Bookmarks list in alphabetic order? I have read that I cannot simply reorder the bookmarks, so I probably need to delete the bookmarks, ON THIS PHONE ONLY and definitely not on my other devices. Then would "Sync” import the Bookmarks from "the cloud"? Or would "Sync" export the now-empty "Bookmarks" folder from this phone to the cloud?

I have thousands of bookmarks. What the hell is wrong with allowing sorting by

(1) date create, (2) date changed (3) AND by name?

I always sort by name. File folders, bookmarks.

By creation date on pixtures.

This is a no brainer. Your bookmarks are not usable. Especially if i dont recall the name. The synced folder names get me to the right subject, scanning the folder contents reviels the targetted link.

Common children, do it right or dont do it.
