Tried reading articles on mozilla's website to get some kind of Assistance or Direction on privacy protection however an add-on that was suggested from Mozilla and their site was reported as not secure please advise me of my next steps are really appreciate your assistance seems like lately since I've tried to protect myself more I'm becoming more and more vulnerable

When I'm going to full screen video - I'm got control buttons on the screen. It's happened 2 weeks ago and go on to this day. Whenever I try to properly use the Firefox browser: I get a "download Firefox page"!! I already have a recent mozilla / Firefox account! WHAT CAN Mozilla DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? & WHEN? Keep getting the message on new Tab page..."500 Internal Error". Tried a search of it, found correction suggestions...did a soft & hard reboot=nothing. Tried finding the Firefox Cache, that said to delete, but can't find that file in the Settings tab in Firefox. So can't do any searches in Firefox for 2 days now. Can you help to resolve this? Or, do I have to delete Firfox & go to another browser?

merry christmas all ... in bookmarks why can't you organise them the way you want to ie: move them up or down in the order you want them... I can't find a way of doing it. and secondly on the homepage in the image I have uploaded why is there so much wasted space? and you can only have 2 rows of shortcuts. I had trouble with pages not gully loading before and videos not playing and now the videos don't play at all. No matter refreshing, closing Firefox, blocking YouTube shenanigans with ublock (I also get this problem on steam) or unblocking. I would really prefer that I don't have to reinstall AGAIN. I already had to do that not long ago. Can anyone help me with this problem...? Thank you

Android Samsung fold 4 has had Firefox with bookmarks from initial set up..doesn't automatically add new bookmarks and no folders immigrated from other FF devices which work between themselves!

    I also get no sync listing when I hit the 3 vertical dots, tho the phone is listed as active I'm ff devices on mymacs!
