The firefox app always rotates to landscape mode if I turn my phone. I can find a setting that locks the screen for the phone itself, and it appears to stop other apps from rotating, but firefox doesn't seem to care if I have screenlock set to on and just keeps on rotating.

When I used to open to the homepage, I would only see my pinned sites, but now my browsing history/most visited sites are added next to my pins. It goes away when I delete my history but there's no way to remove it completely (they just keep coming back when I browse again). The help section for this is also incorrect as there is no slider in the settings anymore to turn it off.

Also: when I go to the homepage I can no longer access my tabs/settings? I have to visit a site for these to pop up in the top right corner.

I am hitting a brick wall.

I have a house guest (my housemate's girlfriend) that I want her to only use the Guest SSID on my Linksys Model EA6900 router for her Android phone. The guest SSID uses port 10080.

I have been able to configure FireFox (for PC) on my laptop (as trial) to allow port 10080 as access for Guest SSID using "about:config" and it works. My problem is finding a browser for Android that will allow me to reconfigure it to allow port 10080 for her to use.

I was informed that possibly "FireFox Nightly" may allow this configuration. Attempting to configure FireFox on an Android using "about:config" does not work.

Will FireFox Nightly allow me to configure it to use port 10080 so she can access the guest SSID? If so what is the configuration instructions and where do I download Firefox Nightly.

If I am able to reconfigure FireFox Nightly to allow port 10080 for the guest SSID I assume that she will not have access to any other devices on the main/home SSID which is my main concern.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a question I found posted a few years back and was hoping there has been an update in the last few year "Why can't I find autofill under settings? I have to manually fill in my information each and every time. I have followed the instructions by going to Settings and then to choose Autofill but there is no Autofill or Lockwise option. Thx"

The app successfully autofills user names and passwords but if I am registering for something or need to insert a delivery address I have to do it manually.

Is there a way to enable this it to automatically fill in addresses?

I am not able to play video on MX player or vlc in my firefox mozilla app on my mobile phone, neither able to addon this feature on my mobile phone firefox app.try many ways but failed.please tell me the simplest way to change my default player on the firefox mozilla app on my android phone to MX player or vlc or any convenient player for Android mobile version ( latest updated mozilla firefox browser app). please do suggest the solution.

Hi. I'm using firefox for last 7 years or so. I am here to request for a feature tobe added to android version of firefox. The MOUSE/TRACKPAD feature. I tried to navigate through a particular website and i couldnt navigate further . Because the confirmation dialogie box won't close on touch. So keep searching and i found this feature in PIDGIN web browser, which is about to retire soon. It allows a MOUSE POINTER on screen . It helped to close the dialogue box. Adding this feature will help me use a single browser instead of looking for alternatives. I will include the screenshot of the same.. please consider my humble request

Hi,. I am trying to enter a sweepstakes on one of my websites, HGTV. They have a new dream home giveaway which I've never had an issue with. How can I clear whatever is blocking me from entering. It allows me to put all my info in bur when I hit enter, it clears out my info and doesn't enter me I to sweepstakes. I just need to clear whatever is blocking me just from this one website and cannot get it right. I am sure there is an easy solution but I don't know what that solution is. Thank you mych!
