I keep fighting apps on my Android devices to get links to open in Firefox. Please update the instructions here with guided for doing this in Facebook, Google Now, etc.

For Facebook, tap settings three-line menu, tap App Settings, and enable "Links open externally "

Hi. The "downloading" animation near the top left corner of the screen has been going for the last few days on my phone. If I open about:downloads, it doesn't show anything as being downloaded.

Is there any way for me to find out what Firefox is downloading, if anything? And is there a way to stop it?

I'm using Firefox 59.0.2 on Android.

Can you please also include in the 'Firefox Syncing' the Exceptions lists and settings in the 'Privacy and Security' section of Settings in the Desktop version?

This would be the exception list for: History: allowed/blocked cookies; Forms & Passwords: Logins Exceptions; Tracking Protection: Exceptions; Pop-up windows Exceptions; Website's add-ons warning Exceptions. Also, include the syncing of the 'One-click Search Engines' list.

Is there any way to remove the Add to Home Screen button from the toolbar in Firefox for Android?

I don't know who is adding shortcuts their device's home screen on a daily basis, but a such rarely used feature shouldn't be taking up so much real estate on such a small screen. It makes the UI look cluttered, it makes the URL bar a lot smaller, it's annoying if you accidentally press it, and it adds no value. If I want to add a page to my home screen, I know how to use the menus to do that.

Someone has illegally installed an app on my phone as a developer with administrator privileges. I stumbled upon it by accident. I will include a crash report for your information. I have tried to shut down the application but I'm unsuccessful at it. I'm not really computer literate, especially when it comes to developer details. Can I remove or shut this application off?

When I visit www.infowars.com, as of yesterday the screen get frozen, with the message "This video can not be played". No further action backward forward, or around it is possible.

Is the site hacked, is my android phone infected or has Mozilla decided to follow evil Google and suppress Mr. Alex Jones?

I need to have a link that allows me to sync my desktop computer to Android phone and use the bookmarks and add ons. I have been signed in and there is no way to do this. Send the link to do this, not just the explanation with out a way to get to what they have said to do. It is frustrating to be directed back to the same place again, with no way to do what they say to do. I just want to have the use of my bookmarks and add-ons so all the thousands of hours are not wasted.

I think the developers need to add a confirmation window when selecting/ticking the "Downloads" checkbox under 'Clear Private Data'.

It's really stupid having it marked/checked by default as it removes downloaded files from your device.

It should not be marked/checked by default.

I have long wondered why my files are being removes every now and then, not until recently I discovered that clearing my private data was the cause to the issue.

This needs no further explanations.

Implement this as soon as possible.
