I just lost several hundred tabs on Firefox mobile right after it updated itself. The most recent tabs show only ten of those tabs, which were all opened and closed today and aren't part of what I need to restore.

How do I get my tabs back? I've seen no 'restore previous session' option. My laptop only shows the few I have open now. What do I do to restore them?

I've had no issues with Firefox Sync on desktop but frequent issues on Android.

Yesterday, it failed in a different way, announcing that I needed to sign into Sync. I've tried a dozen times yesterday and today using both QR scan and email confirmation. All fail in various ways. For example:

• After scanning QR code: "500 Error Oh dear, something went wrong there"
• After scanning QR code: "Pairing not successful. Error while creating the pairing channel"
• After scanning QR code and approving on mobile device and desktop, desktop says success, but phone stays on "Approval now required from your other device" Interestingly this page isn't open in the normal browser. If I click the three dot menu, it says "POWERED BY FIREFOX, Open in Firefox"
• After going through all the steps and it saying "You're signed into Firefox," yet when I go to share a tab, it asked me to sign in.

Any tips on getting Firefox Sync to work? I don't see any troubleshooting sections in the online help articles.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running latest Android update and latest Firefox update. I set Firefox as my default browser. I have un-installed all updates for Samsung Internet and removed all permissions for it. Disabling it is greyed out. Some apps that I use have links to websites. Too frequently, when I go to one of those links, the intro screen for Samsung Internet opens. Then, when I look at the settings in Firefox it is no longer set as the default. Then I set Firefox to default and go to my phone settings to see that Firefox is selected as the default. If I open the previously mentioned app and choose the web link, Firefox will open. But somewhere along the way, the default changes back to Samsung Internet and it's a vicious circle. I have posted in a Samsung forum but haven't gotten a reply that solved the problem. Please help. Hi, when I try to upload a file such as my resume to a job board it won't open my file location on my device. When I click on the websites upload button it doesn't do anything. I have tried on many websites with the same outcome. When I go to the same websites using Chrome it works.

About:config is not available and my phone on vpn at ipleak.net says webrtc detection shows 10.41.0.162 IANA private or special address and 2001:db8:123:10a0 IANA private or special address.

Aren't they internal LAN ip's? How can they be seen even without a VPN when I have NAT.

When I click on the scan feature next to the FireFox's search box, FireFox only shows a black screen. Same issue exists when I try to sign in to my FireFox account using the QR code scanner option. My camera outside FireFox works fine.

I'm developing an android app that uses the OAuth2.0 auth code flow to authenticate users. The app launches a CustomTab which in turn, responds with a redirect to the app's redirect scheme. Chrome redirects immediately, closing the CustomTab. Firefox does nothing regardless of the state of the "Open in app" setting.

In order to reproduce this: 1. Create an android app with a redirect scheme 2. Create a webserver that simply redirects to that scheme 3. From the app, open a CustomTab to the webserver 4. Observe the CustomTab not redirect

For a more concrete example, I can reliably reproduce using the sample app from https://github.com/kalinjul/kotlin-multiplatform-oidc and an [Authentik](https://goauthentik.io/) server but I'm sure something like Auth0 would have the same problem.

I want my context menu in Firefox for Android to be as clean as possible. But there are annoying actions in it: Search in Edge and "Create Note" that runs Microsoft Edge and Microsoft OneDrive respectively. I need these apps from time to time so I don't want to uninstall them. Is there a way to turn off this integration between Firefox and Microsoft-related apps?

Hello...my question is if I should go ahead and cancel my account? Ive been hacked and they are even changing my settings - as well as in my add ons. They've even added some that I did not choose. They are adding many site addresses and marking them as trusted when they shouldn't be. I even am not able/allowed to clickk on certain boxes...likke when I try to add a proxy. I think they operate in real time. I just think it mighht be best to cancel for my own security. I don't know what they are capable of doing.

I didn't even create my account. But it had my email addresses. So I changed the password immediately. I know it is some sort of organization because I always receive error messages saying "Access Denied", "Contact your Administrator" or "Contact your IT Department."

Are you at all able to possibly help me? I do plan to file a police report, but it would be very advantageous to me if I could offer them more information and hopefully press charges because this has been going on since I moved to the Netherlands 7 years ago. And no antivirus/antimalware works. Even repairs, factory resets and buying new phones haven't helped me either. As you know, there are very strict privacy laws here.

I have installed Firefox on both my tablet and Phone (Android 13 and 14). I cannot get a QR code on my desktop when I follow the link but I did get a QR code from another source but I was required to give a code on my Microsoft Authenticator but none appeared. I have set up two-stage authentication but am not receiving the required codes. Can you help ?
