Firefox for Android on Pixel 8: When trying to use the Google image search in the browser or the search widget, there is no shutter button or any other camera controls—see attached screenshot. I have uninstalled/reinstalled FF multiple times and have rebooted the phone. This feature works fine in Chrome and the Google widget.

Since last week, virtually anywhere i go using Firefox Android I get the attached cloud flare test for that site. I use a VPN but turning it off doesn't fix it. I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the browser, and the problem persists. Curiously, if I log out and use Firefox without logging in, it stops. Chrome, Brave and Edge don't do this. Thanks, Mike

Im experiencing browsing issues visiting pages with dynamic content in the latest versions of Firefox. Im seeing similar behavior in Firefox desktop and the Firefox Android app. Both apps are running the latest version.

When I go to this site, I see the text content, but the list of puzzles that comprises the main page of the page is just blank. Same behavior on desktop and mobile. (See first screenshot)

If I use Chrome (desktop or mobile) or Safari (desktop), the page shows up normally with a list of puzzles. (second screenshot from Chrome desktop).

This is happening across a few sites I visit. Most seem to have some kind of dynamic content loading (like the list of puzzles on this page). This seemed to start this past weekend and I first thought it might be related to the AWS issues, but it's not resolved and it seems specific to FF.

Why doesn't Firefox on android allow purchases of videos and books with amazon. I have to access my account through Chrome or the ms browser. This is really rubbish and is getting me close to leaving you entirely because it is such a handicap.

I posted a review in the Google Play Store, and received a Developer response asking me to post the review here, in order for the problem to be addressed.

I'm really frustrated. I have used, and loved Firefox for many years. I'm a prolific reader, and borrow e books from the library to read on Kindle. Suddenly, this does not work with Firefox anymore, no matter what suggested fix I attempt. I hate the idea of being forced to use Chrome, but that is the only workaround I can find. There are important reasons many of us want to use Firefox over Chrome. Firefox, please fix this!!!

I updated to version 142.0 on 26 August 2025 on my tablet running Android 10. When I went to my favorite website and tried to enter text into a text box in a discussion forum the screen went dead white behind my keyboard and brlow the URL bar. I couldn't see what I was typing nor anything of the website (which has a black background).

This is repeating on discussion forums but not in private messaging. As soon as I make my keyboard (Gboard, latest release) disappear the website comes back.

Definitely related to the update, as five minutes before I downloaded it everything was working perfectly. I cannot get a screenshot because as soon as I try, Gboard disappears and the website screen returns.

Any ideas?

(Also, is there a way to tell Mozilla directly rather than crowdsourcing a tech problem they created?)

When browse some websites in Android Firefox app, some website can't browse normally. I mean, the loading speed is too low to not open some websites. And some webpage were reported to wrong information.

I can't browse them, but use Chorme app can easily browse. Maybe something was lacked.

I cannot sign into humana.com using the correct credentials since the last Firefox for Android update!

I can log in using a different browser on my phone as well as on my computer, but every time I try to log in from Firefox for Android, I keep getting the error that the login information is incorrect.

And I even tried clearing the cache and that did not fix it. It is an issue with the update since I did not have it before.

Why can i not use Prime video in Firefox anymore for Android? Is just doesnt want to load the video, i have turned off any and all adblockers.

Also why on gods green earth have i started to have to double tap the search bar before Firefox responds? I dont have to do it on Chrome, edge, brave, opera, only Firefox what are they doing over here these days?

Hello Team,

On Firefox for Android, YouTube always opens in desktop mode. Whenever I try to access 'm.youtube.com', Firefox automatically appends 'app=desktop' to the URL, also cat ope 'about:cofig'

I have already disabled the "Request desktop site" option, but the issue still persists. I also tried clearing cookies and cache, but that did not help. This is very frustrating.

Please let me know how I can fix this issue.

Hi. No matter what I do, Firefox will not work with MSN. I have spent days following all sorts of on line advice. Links to news stories will not open at all. I have reset router, reinstalled firefox and done loads of other actions. Other browsers work fine. Any advice before I ditch FF? Thanks

For the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to access youtube.com on Firefox. Every other browser loads it without any issues. I’ve already tried switching devices, reinstalling Firefox, changing networks and locations—but nothing fixes it. The YouTube app works fine, and this problem only occurs when opening youtube.com in Firefox.

On desktop Firefox, I get:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to youtube.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

On mobile Firefox, I get:

Cannot Complete Request Additional information about this problem or error is currently unavailable.

I would appreciate any help resolving this issue.

Why MSN pages are not shown? I tried all suggestions on the web with no results. Instead of showing the MSN pages for the selected topic it always shows the main site page.

Hello, When I submit a payment for my driver's license on my state's website site, it always tells me that an error has occurred and to try again. I have retried it for 6 times with the same result. The web site states that I should be using version 38 of Firefox or higher but I don't know how to check for this. When I go into about Firefox there is just a long string of numbers 144.0.1 that continues from here. Is this version 144.0.1 higher than ver 38? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The substack pages don't work (cannot like, see my posts, etc). Cannot subscribe to publications. Sometimes a prompt to enable Javascript appears but I couldn't find how to do it.
