I've been using Firefox Nightly for Android and Firefox for Android for years without issue. I've left Nightly at build 68.5a1 as it has several features that later bulds removed. I sync across all my mobile devices but NOT with my desktop. When a website requires a newer browser version to run, then I switch to plain Firefox.

Today Nightly would NOT open. It opened and pointed to an offline file. I noticed it was marked by "///". I'm sorry I didn't take a screenshot or note the file.

Reading several posts, I removed Nightly, purged the cash and purged the data. Then I reinstalled Nightly from the apk file I saved. While the install went without a hitch, it will NOT permit me to sign in to synch the data saved in all my other devices. It just spins as this image shows.

I read a post indicating a direct url for sign in and tried it. But it only worked for Firefox and NOT Nightly.

How do I resolve this?

I installed ublock origin. But it doesn't work now, where it used to work. If I click to go to its page, no web is loaded. Re-installing doesn't help. the same situation happends to other ad block add-ons.

I've used Firefox on my Android tablet for approx 2 years, but haven't noticed any updates. My current version is 68.1.1 but I notice that others on your blog are well into the high 70s.

How do I receive an update please, but will this new version affect and possibly lose my bookmarks?

Forgive me this may be a little off topic but since no one can seem to help me I thought maybe someone here could I have a cheap Galaxy SM-J260 AZ Android phone I use Firefox for my browser always have but ever since I started using an SD card I no longer have storage space Samsung cannot tell me why even when I take this SD card out I have less than 1 GB of storage space I used to put 3 GB on here before transferring to my computer I am a complete technological idiot so if anyone could help me I would appreciate it very much thank you have a wonderful day ... thank you

I'm trying to download some videos from Brighten.com on my Android phone in Firefox used to work beautifully all of a sudden now it shows download started and within one second it says download complete and I have a part file that's all it'll do I have done network reset to my phone and I don't know what's caused it nothing has changed I have not added anything I have not changed any settings anybody have any idea what I might can possibly do to be able to use the downloader last week it would complete downloading a video and then it would start downloading it again but it never would finish and the only way I could get it to stop was I would have to power off the phone and then power it back on thank you for any help anybody can give me and blessings to all of you and all you love we're living in some very odd times right now. Oh one more thing there isn't any download apps that Firefox offers that work I tried that smart downloader what a piece of crap I don't know why they have them on their add-ons page if they're not going to work thanks y'all have a good day

Why are bookmarks in firefox Android not searchable? Absolutely amazes me that that after so many years of existence such a basic feature in not available. Results from Google are displayed but not the results from one's own bookmarks

I can get the sync to work on my laptop but when it comes to the Android box, it just keeps spinning [ blue circle ]. It states on the laptop what devices are syncing but I cannot sign in onto the android because it takes me to no page... just spinnnnnnnning! *sighs* Why can't you guys just leave Firefox alone and quit making all these changes. If anyone has a better browser idea, let me know.

Was still on a old version of Firefox Android 68.11.0 and deleted the data to try and fix something and now I can't login to that version cause it's just a infinite load screen to try to login to it now all my bookmarks are gone even now i synced it before deleting, now it's impossible to update to the new one so my bookmarks can stay on the new version

Before I update my tablet, I wanted to know if my tabs were going to look like they do on my phone or stay the same. I prefer the more "PC" look on my tablet. Screenshot attached for example of them all at the top. If not, what can we do? Thanks!

I just needed to reset my kindle hd 10 to factory. When I try to sign in to firefox in order to sync bookmarks, the page won't open but only spins. I was able to sync bookmarks when I bought the kindle in December. Thanks.
