Cannot take screenshot of problem (pop up ms from Amazon via Firefox) . . as soon as I pick up the phone or attempt any action whatsoever, the message box disappears. And since I have a fingerprint access option on, the moment my finger touches the screen for full access there is no record of the message for screen capture. Also, if I do nothing, the screen goes black (normal, with time/date etc visible) within a few seconds after the message appears . . though it is waiting for me to touch the screen at which time it reappears again for a few seconds. So it is pick up the phone . . trigger motion detection . . message box appears . . wait a couple of seconds . . black screen . . touch or pick up the phone . . message box . . black screen etc. I can of course do the fingerprint scan and have full phone features, but the preliminary nag "box message" all the time bugs the hell out of me. In the text of my "complaint" I quoted what the message says, it is not from Firefox but does have a tiny Firefox logo upper left. The small rectangular window also has a left/right "full return" arrow (grayed out each one) with a black "pause" button in between the two arrows, and it is not grayed out. However nothing happens if I touch it. In very small print under the main text (first few words of my Amazon review) is a link to the Amazon page where I posted a review of a product. The message itself that I refer to is NOT from Firefox, but is comprised of the first few words of my review headline (not all of it but most) on the Amazon product comment review page. So even though the "content" of the unwanted message is from Amazon, the Firefox logo nevertheless appears (very tiny) in the upper left of the rectangular window, so it appears to be a composite error interaction between Firefox and Amazon. How to tell Firefox to stop posting it? Or how to tell Amazon that their software is somehow involved? I haven't a clue . . ! This is a re-written complaint . . the original one resulted in an email request from "Seburo" who asked for a screenshot, but did not provide a return email address that functioned. So I am posting here a second time, thanks.

i had open a web page for some reasons. but the website asks to enable flash for load flash content or they prefer to download a browser. so what i do i dont want other browser. i need all features in firefox so pls solve this

I switched to Firefox on mobile after using other browsers on and off but I thinking of going back to Chrome. This browser sucks when watching videos. I dislike autorotate except when watching videos so I usually disable the feature. This wasnt a problem until I installed firefox, it doesnt rotate videos on fullscreen when I disable autorotate on my phone, this seems reasonable but other browsers make it work.

I used to be able to place shortcuts that I wanted on the Firefox homepage now it seems to be my history or nothing. Can we go back to allowing customised homepage. I don't want random stuff.

I don't know what's going on but I can't login to my bank I have to use chrome. Truist.com And I've used nothing but Firefox for 10yr.. Latest FF for Android on LG phone, desktop is down.. Help..

Recently upgraded from Firefox Android version 99 to 100. I want my homepage to show only top sites (pinned sites) and nothing else. That can be arranged on version previous to 100. Firefox version 100 shows my previous history also. Setting do not make it clear how to show ONLY Pinned Sites. Or do the developer in their wisdom remove that option?

I try using the pair feature but each time I scan, I get a page showing "Did you use the system camera? You must pair from within the Firefox app" Even though I did pair from the Firefox app. I have tried multiple times, always the same issue. Why can't you sync your Collections between different devices? I have a lot of web addresses saved on my other devices but I can't seem to "move" my saved Collections to my current device?

I have a lot of websites bookmarked on my Android, a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB. Well, "bookmarked" is the wrong word. I have saved them on the homepage so that I can get to them quickly. Trouble is, every single one of them is just labeled "Firefox".

For example, I have a folder named "Gen'l Reference" with 11 items. (See attached image.) Some of them open apps and are properly labeled with the name of the app, e.g., "UnicodePad", "Translate", and "DuckDuckGo". But others link to websites, mostly with specific functions, such as Snopes.com, timeanddate.com, and emojipedia.org. All of these just show the Firefox icon and are labeled simply "Firefox". The only way I can get to the one I want is to remember where it is in the layout. How can I give them appropriate labels, with or without their own icons?

unable to set YouTube video quality via firefox. goes back to high resolution and results in buffering. On other browsers it doesn't go back to high resolution once I set it.

Hi, the new Firefox now has sites from your history on your homepage, even when recently visited it turned off, I would have thought I'd you have recently visited turned off you probably wouldn't want history sites also showing? This seems a pretty bad privacy setting that should have the option to have on our not depending on your preference?

How/Where can I find/download/use the firefox search engine in firefox browser version 100 (101.1.2). There is nothing on the Internet nor in Mozilla; if there isn't any please just tell me. The information I am finding goes back to version 68. PLEASE HELP!
