Hi. For the past few months I have been unable to play any samples from the Audible website in Firefox on my android phone. When I click the word "Sample" Audible opens up a new tab with their Web player and I always get an error message that is just a rectangular box with an exclamation mark inside a triangle on the left side of the box. (Screenshot attached.) There are no words inside the box and the only option is to close the tab. Since there is no actual message I'm not sure what the problem is.

Playing samples used to work fine when you could play them within their web page before Audible changed its system. I seem to be able to play samples on Audible's Web player in Chrome, but would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser. I have tried deleting all history, cookies and cache; closing and reopening Firefox; turning phone off and starting again after an hour. I've also tried enabling autoplay, but that made no difference. I was thinking that the issue may be with my other settings within Firefox, but I can't tell. Any help you can provide would be great. I'm using a Huawei P20. I've been using FireFox for a long time mainly for accessing YouTube through the browser. After recent updates when I try to play a video it always appears to be really zoomed-in and completely unwatchable, decided to switch to WaterFox to resolve my issue, but after the last update WaterFox also has the same issue.

Can anyone provide some help with this issue?

For the past few months, videos on YouTube haven't been playing properly. They load just fine and there's no issues with the auto, but once the video starts playing it will sometimes be zoomed into the top left corner, making it impossible to properly see what's going on.

This happens with music videos too, both official and lyrical. It will be zoomed in close to the top left corner and just barely catches what's going on in the video. Sometimes, video do play like they're supposed to, but for the most part, they'll be zoomed in as soon as I hit play.

I can't remember when this problem started, but the volume dips down for maybe 1-2 seconds shortly after the start of anything with sound, like YouTube videos and MP3s embedded in a website. On the same phone with Chrome, the problem does not happen.

I said it all in the in the opening statement... What else am I meant to say?????????? It worked fine 2 weeks ago..? But now forget it!!!!!!! What has changed....you must know ... So don't ask me just fix it!!!!!!

When playing a video on YouTube the video is choppy and drops around 2/3 of the frames. This happens on every video that I click on.

I have found that if I double tap to jump back 10 seconds in the video it will no longer drop frames and play smoothly, but if I change the playback resolution it returns to being choppy until jumping in the video again.

I am currently running the latest stable download from the play store, and my phone is a OnePlus 8t.

I am using Cambridge Dictionary regularly. In that site, when I try to listen how a word is spelled in the US, the last part of the word is not spelled. For example, I am trying to learn how to say " strut ", in the UK version, I hear it completely. But for the US version, I hear "stru" with no t sound. This happens for each word and this problem only occurs in Mozilla Firefox both in Android and on Windows. Is there a way to solve this or I will completely stop using Firefox as I need to use this dictionary very regularly.

I tried to open this streaming video from CBS News. It won't open on Firefox but it does play on Chrome. Both browsers are updated to the latest version. (Android)

When displaying an iframe video in a popup, clicking the close button and other click events do not work. This issue only occurs in the Firefox browser on Android, while it functions correctly in the Firefox browser on iOS.

Is this a default behavior.

A recent update has broken the ability to upload images. I am on a Pixel 7. Firefox has full rights. I tried clearing cache. It is not a particular website. This one for instance, allows the option of uploading images to attach.to my question and it doesn't work. Hoping someone has a fix so I can keep using the browser.

My phone runs slow, 'even' with just 1 Tab open and only Firefox Mobile App on the phone active.

The upload photo button does nothing... on this page, on Reddit, Facebook too. I've tried clearing cache. I'm on latest android and firefox 124.2.0. I have standard security enabled and permission is set to "Ask" for camera and storage. How do I make this work again?

Since the 129.0 update, Youtube videos on Firefox for Android are played extremely zoomed in, which makes it impossible to see the entire video image. Only the upper left corner is shown. If I increase the quality of the video, I can see a bigger portion of it, but still not the entire video. Audio works fine. This issue is not present in Chrome or Opera. I use a Huawei P20 Pro with Android 10, and I suspect that this issue is related to Huawei because other Huawei users are reporting it (on Reddit, for instance). I've tried disabling add-ons and deleting app data, but it didn't work. Also updating to 129.0.2 didn't fix the issue.

for a recent update or two, when I am watching videos in fullscreen, at least like me, for example, when I entered fullscreen, the video should play horizontally, but after merely half a minute, the screen orientation goes back to vertical mode automatically, which is not happening when I began to use Firefox android months ago. Watching same website on different browsers, only Firefox goes wrong, so I think this should be Firefox's bug.
