so i use ome tv on Firefox using user agent switcher EXTENSION. but when i connect to ome tv i cant flip the camera option in the down left it wont flip and it lags when connecting with other people please fix or help

Hello, after updating the mobile Firefox to version 135, I encountered a problem. When I start speeding up video playback on YouTube, a clicking sound regularly appears, as if it’s a micro-stutter in the audio. I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, and the issue persists even on a clean browser with no extensions. A similar issue also exists in the beta version of Firefox 136 and the nightly version 137, which I installed for testing without making any changes. To check, I installed Firefox 134 again, and the issue does not occur there. My phone, the Tecno Pova 6 Neo, is relatively powerful with an 8-core processor at 2.2 GHz and 8 GB of RAM. Operating system HiOS 14 on Android 14. Could you help me? Thank you.

The latest update of firefox 135.0 for Android has audio issues. When I listen to music on bandcamp or you tube the audio makes a crackeling sound with sporadic drop outs. My wi fi is a very stable fiber optic provider, I did restet the router and run speed test to double check. Not a problem with my Bluetooth headphones since I re paired them. I also re installed Firefox to no avail. Samsung internet has no audio issues currently. I turned off u block origin also. It seems to be isolated to firefox version 135.0. My system is Android 14 with ui 6.1 on a Samsung a23 5g. I have seen other users complain about this with no real answer. Spent a good part of the day trying to figure it out.

Starting today, YouTube on Android Firefox using below version of Firefox, the audio distorts and has a continual popping clicking on each word of an audio podcast when you speed up the YouTube video to 1.5 or 1.75 prior to today it was fine ... The audio is still understandable but distorted when using one of these speed up settings

Using the Chrome browser, everything is fine on the speed up settings on YouTube.com

Hi recently my phone got stolen and while im unable to afford a new one im using a samsung tablet model SM-T705Y which is not new and only tunning android 6, it cant even get a version of the youtube app that will work so i have to watch them on the website. This was all good until a few days ago when it just started coming up with a error message. Please help. Thanks, Travis.

Hello. For about a month or 2 videos on my mobile browser won't play with sound and sometimes they play without sound. The same situation I have with Brave browser. I tried Vanadium and IronFox and it works fine there. I really don't know what's wrong and how to fix it.

Audio in firefox (for android) is crackling when using headphones, no matter what the type (mp4, mp3). Already tested this on the newest version of: normal, beta, nightly and focus. I think on nightly it happens less, but instead there is also a bit of stuttering

I don't think it's the phones or headphones fault since audio from other browsers (Chrome, Brave, DuckDuckGo) or apps (YouTube, Spotify) works perfectly fine. It doesn't occur on PC, so it's probably only the android version.

• Firefox versions: 135.0; 136.0b5; 137.0a1

When listening to YouTube in the background, sound is distorted and stutters frequently, which makes it pretty much unusable. Audio is okay when Firefox is in the foreground, but as soon as I lock the phone, audio stutters appear.

I found one fix on Reddit, disabling HD sound in developer options, but I was unable to try it since nobody explained how to get to these developer options, I wasn't able to find that setting myself.

It started happening since 135, was in beta as well. I opted out of beta because of it, but it came on stable release as well so now both beta and stable versions has this issue.

Has anybody encounter that or have fix?

Any kind of video playback is taking so much time and even if it is playing the video playback is not smooth at all. I have disabled all the extensions, deleted the cookies, using the latest version still things are working the same.

If I browse to http://hackgreensdr.org:8901/m.html The mobile version of the venerable Hack Green WebSDR. I cannot get any sound. This is the whole purpose of this! Note this is a insecure HTTP Not HTTPS website. Need to allow HTML5 I am very surprised there are not lots of request for this.

Hello! I've recently been having some issues getting videos to play in the background from Firefox's audio notification media player feature. I very frequently use YouTube in the Firefox browser so that I can then exit the browser and still play the audio of a video via the media player, but last night that media player stopped working for me. When I close the Firefox app, I still get the notification as usual, but tapping the "play" button achieves absolutely nothing. I've tried to search the issue and test some fixes myself, but nothing has worked so far. The fixes I've tried include:

• Activated "Allow video and audio" in the Firefox Autoplay setting
• Made sure autoplay was allowed in the YouTube browser tab
• Tried to play the audio while connected to wi-fi and while on data
• Checked for updates to my phone, YouTube, and Firefox (I am up to date)
• Deployed the old "turn it off and turn it back on again" fix, both in Firefox (closing all tabs and re-opening), and for my phone (shut it down and restarted it).

None of the settings for the media player or general notifications for Firefox seem to govern this issue, so I'm bringing it here. Thank you for taking the time to read through all of this. From 3 days ago suddenly I could not play YouTube videos as before (I could still play YouTube live stream) on my Samsung tablet. In the player window it said that there's a play error. Do not know what's the problem.
