I was unable to find this issue online or on the forums, so wanted to see if anyone can help
-using FF for Android (latest official release) and 1password (latest release). 1password is selected as default password manager and I have disabled prompts for FF to manage and autofill passwords
-when visiting a site with a linked password, the 1password field comes up to fill the saved password, but after clicking, FF brings up a warning:
Fill anyway
1password can't verify the app or website should have access to your XXXXXX login.
Cancel
Fill once
Clicking fill once will fill the password correctly most of the time, but this behavior didn't occur previously. Previously, the password would be filled without the extra Firefox prompt.
What I've tried and noticed
-removing and reinstalling both FF and 1password, and clearing cache for both
-changing default password manager to none and then back to 1password
-occurs in regular mobile and "desktop" modes
-started occurring maybe in the last month or so, and beforehand this wasn't a problem.
-this problem doesn't occur with other browsers
-in the autofill section of FF, the "autofill in other apps" slider is set to off, and there is no way I can slide it on, however when I click on it, it shows that the default android password manager is 1password
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
