Guardian.com (Manchester Guardian) always recognises me as joing from Russia when I use Firefox & Mozilla VPN through Vancouver, Canada. Is there a simple reason for this? I am using a Walmart tablet (Android) but believe my windows 10 laptop gets the same response.

Please help. I'm using Android 11, when longing into one of my apps, I get Unlock Firefox. Tapping on it has no impact. In my settings I can view all my bookmarks and passwords. Yet the auto fill is not working. Sync are on.auto fill is on and so forth. What type of correction is needed?

Until recently (sorry, I don't know which version I upgraded from), it was possible to let media play the background with Firefox for Android. Media would show up on the lock screen and could be played/paused from there when open in the browser. Now, I have found no way of playing media from Firefox without having the window in focus.

I'm wondering if this was an Android change or a Firefox change that broke Android detecting media playing in Firefox, and whether this is/was intended, a known issue, or a bug?

Until recently (sorry, I don't know which version I upgraded from), entering fullscreen mode when playing back video (such as YouTube) would automatically force landscape mode, even with auto-rotation disabled. Now, there seems to be no way for me to enter landscape mode while playing back a video, without enabling auto-rotation (which I otherwise always keep disabled).

I realize that the desired behavior here can be subjective, but at least it would be nice if there is/would be a way of configuring this behavior?

Where is the option to Print from Samsung Android browser

Even if I want to print to pdf I can't do it. This is annoying. Please add this feature back to the menu items list

I have LGK51 and using google keyboard, also have tried Samsung keyboards. Auto fill is set for Firefox once I used the ' Master password' but had issues, deleted / turned off Mater password but ever since then autofill doesn't work or may work at random. I have already cleared cache/ uninstalled/ re-installed frefox / updated

cleared hidden cache  .... switched phones  - doesn't seem to matter what I try, it just doesnt fix

I am pretty tech savvy but I cant seem to get around it - help. Here's my specs : android version 12 Hardware version -Rev 1.0 Software : K500MM30f

In the past few weeks i cannot sign in to my accounts with different vendors like Amazon. A pop up window appears when I click on "Sign In" and the window states, and I quote: "Open in another app

                                                                                                          Cancel                     Open 

If I click on Cancel it will let me enter the email or phone number in the site pop up box. But, once entered and pressing the continue box, which would normally take you to the password box, it brings up the same window as above. Then it does not matter whether i click on Cancel or Open, it will not give me a password box and will not take me to the site. It presents a page that states We're sorry, The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site. So, I cannot call any Firefox Tech person and get this straightened out. Also today, the website icons I have saved to my home page were greyed out today. I went to Verizon and they determined it was an issue with Firefox since that is how I accessed those sites and used that search engine to save them to the home screen. I decided to reload those one at a time and then erase the greyed out icons. When I got the 3rd one done the other 29 became live again. Not sure what is at issue here but i do need assistance. I’m using Firefox browser 112.1.0 (build #2015944787) on Pixel 7 smartphone. Android version 13.

When I click on “see more’’ in comments section of an online post, the post does not expand. But when I click on ‘’reply’’ or ‘’Show more replies’’, the online post expands. See uploaded image. Note that when I use the desktop site version of the Firefox, the problem does not exist.

Is this an issue within Firefox? Could you share your fix? Thank you….

Android phone. Firefox. When I click on a link and am taken to view that PDF in Firefox, I can no longer read the documents, they're all garbled. This started happening relatively recently.

In firefox mobile I have removed ads onn and also turned off enhanced tracking protection then also while searching icons of websites not coming . But while doing samething on desktop site , it is showing icons.

I'm facing a problem with the Firefox app in my Android phone. The problem is that the picture-in-picture mode of Firefox is not working anymore since a Firefox update was issued somewhere in April 2023.

I have always actively been using the picture-in-picture mode and I'm wondering why it is not working anymore. I have gone through the settings in my Android phone (apps section) and the Firefox settings thoroughly but I couldn't find any solution.

In my Android phone, the picture-in-picture mode for Firefox is on (meaning effective) but I couldn't find a separate picture-in-picture mode inside the Firefox app settings itself.

Could you please explain why the picture-in-picture mode is not working and is there is a method how to turn it on (effective) in my Android phone? I have Motorola Moto G100 with Android 12 version.
