When I am finished with a tab and close it, and then close down Firefox app, when I click back into Firefox the tabs that I have closed are still there open. How can I stop this from happening without having to "quit" and clear cache etc all the time? Surely when you close a tab it should stay closed?

Autofill stopped working on Android. I try to tick on and off both the boxes for autofill in settings. It has absolutely no effect on how the browser works. When I go to a website I want to log in to, it shows suggested logins at the bottom. I can click on a selected saved user but nothing ever happens, not a single field is filled. When I turn off the autofill triggers in settings suprisingly autofill menu is still displayed on any page. Reinstalling did not work. Please help me. I was enjoying this browser but its a dealbreaker for me. My phone is Xiaomi Mi note pro 10 but I doubt it makes a difference

Since a couple of weeks my autofill for passwords stored in Firefox mobile stopped working. See in the image for my Android version.

The version of my Firefox for Android app is 110.1.0

To be clear, I don't use firefox as my password manager for other apps. I just want the passwords stored by firefox for logins to work on websites I visit with firefox.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue that I have been experiencing since updating my Firefox mobile browser. Whenever I visit websites like "https://adsl.tci.ir/panel/" that have stored passwords, the password field appears empty after selecting the saved password.

I have tried clearing my cache and disabling any add-ons, but the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue.

On the moble browser for android I can't get websites to change from being in dark mode. I have made sure dark mode is off on the browser and the system. I have tested the same sites on other browsers to make sure it was not the sites. The browser and system are up to date.

From version 110 and up, there are websites where the autofill no longer works. The option to select your saved users & PWs comes up but upon selecting one, nothing gets filled. On other websites the autofill works as intended. Going to the real debrid website is the one I can accurately reproduce the issues on. With version 109 and below, the autofill works. Is there a proper work around besides having to go into the settings, finding out the password and inputting it manually?

when i go to a website i have passwords,the menu suggested logins opens on my phone,but when i click on that,it doesnt't work and i have to write everything.it used to work,i think with some update,it doesn't work anymore.i cleared the cache,i cleared everything except the cookies,it still doesn't work

Once a while Firefox would freeze up and when that happens it would without fail reboots the phone if the phone goes to sleep and if I don't force close the app quickly. It might've done so anyway without putting it to sleep but I haven't tested leaving the screen on long enough. I noticed that if I was quick enough and force stop the app the phone doesn't reboot, but that window is really short. Maybe 2 seconds or so. Suffice to say force stopping didn't always work since the window is so short. When Firefox freezes other apps and phone functions work normally. It's been ongoing for a while through multiple updates. I see some people have already reported this same issue here. Can Mozilla fix this please? I have uBlock origin addon installed thanks. Also this never happened with my Pixel 3 phone which I was using up until a few months back so maybe it's pixel 6a specific. Alot of people have this same issue with pxiel6a from googling. It can freeze on any site I visit but one example is reddit.

Android Firefox not auto filling out user name and passwords So Firefox will offer suggested logins and passwords but Won't Auto fill no matter what Setting are,,I've uninstalled,resigned in,it just won't auto fill logins,,I've used it for years and have loads of site that need filling,,can any one suggest anything

since a few days many logon sites were not filled with selected entries from "Suggested logins". Is this a known bug or does anybody else have the same problem?

It occured on Firefox 111.1.0 (maybe earlier) but also on current nightly 113.0a1 .

Any idea?

Mostly trying to get on website I then see notation to ACTIVATE FIREFOX OR TURN ON Firefox which doesn't tell me how to turn it on, how long 42 months? to keep trying getting nowhere but frustrated

HOW DO I GET FIREFOX TO WORK FOR ME instead of me being in unpaid for indefinite term FOREVER looking thru Firefox list of my saved names and passwords and entering it myself BECAUSE ---- Maybe I'm wrong but I thought that was the whole FIREFOX EXPERIENCE, to keep track of passwords and enter them for me. Reality is every day is a game of KEEP AWAY from me any user benefit

Starting by Firefox Android version 110, the autofill for username and password didn't work for certain websites (in my case, it's: http://e-learning.stmi.ac.id/auth/login). The option to choose username is there, but after clicking one of the username, it fails to fill in the login form.

Other websites with that same domain name (any.stmi.ac.id) also didn't work.

In desktop Firefox, the autofill works just fine for websites from that domain.

I regularly use Ebay to report scams, but last few weeks, the report and share buttons have disappeared, but still there on the Facebook browser! I've tried deleting the cookie, but hasn't made any difference! The first picture is from the Facebook browser, but the 2nd is via the Firefox browser!

Hello, I'm using Firefox on android and windows 10, and with both editions (with addons enabled or even without any activated), I can't make nintendo eshop webpage to show my login account, which is situated in the top right corner of the site. This is the only website that I know that doesn't like Firefox at all and is having problems with it. Sometimes my account appears there, but if I do something else within the site it disappears immediately. I'm logged in to the site and I can see my wishlist, but can't access the account page, because the icon menu doesn't load (see attached picture, top right corner). Because of this, I can't see the prices in my zone once I click on a game and also can't add the game to the wishlist, for this I have to use the console or another browser. Although I'm logged in to the site, because the account page is not loading, the website keeps telling me that I have to login in order to make any purchase. I've tried different methods and none worked. I want to know if there's a fix in making that menu load correctly? Thank you.

my usernames and passwords are not syncing....i have all my passwords and usernames saved on my pc....and I’ve synced all passwords and logins and can view them on both devices. ‘Autofill in Firefox’ and ‘Autofill in other apps’ are both on. But, when logging in to apps on the Samsung, autofill doesn’t work. Even if I fill in my email address, there is no password suggestion. Instead, a small dropdown message appears: ‘unlock Firefox’. It isn’t active, and doesn’t open anything when I tap on it. Result: I have to go looking for the passwords and fill them in manually. I hope there’s a solution. thank u in advance for your help. LL

Hi, I have a problem with remembering the login details on the account - the point is that everything works fine on the browser on the computer, while on the browser on the phone (android) it sees the login details, but after selecting it, it does not complete the login fields as if there were no such data and they are, after checking the tab "saved login details" and finding the login, I manually copy the data and paste it on the page, then I log in ok. Why does the login not work with saved logins? Has anyone had or has the same problems? P.S Synchronization is done, the browser is reinstalled, it's the same on another phone

Fix autofill. I am so tired of it being completely broken on mobile. The ONLY time it works is for CCs when using face biometrics. Literally everything else fails.

I have no idea what is happening... But after restarting, clearing my cache, making sure I have data and it is working for other apps... Still no results.

No matter what, whether I try to type in a URL, click on a link in the google app, or refresh a page I already have open, the app doesn't even attempt to load a page or throw up an error. Just a blank background, no loading bar, no error messages, and no redirects...
