My phone broke down and I had to send it in, for it to be repaired. As usual for warranty repairs the phone needed a factory reset to be sent in. Before doing that I backed up my session using Firefox sync as described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mobile/backup-recovery-and-sync/backup-data That went fine and I could access the data from my PC.

Now my phone returned, I reinstalled firefox yesterday and immediately after signing in, my backup in Sync was overwritten with a blank session. Is there any way to get the old session back?

I would like to report an issue with bookmark management on Firefox for mobile.

On my phone, when I search for bookmarks using the bookmark search feature, I am unable to select multiple bookmarks at the same time (for example, by long-pressing or using multi-select). This makes it difficult to manage or delete several bookmarks at once.

This issue does not occur on Firefox Desktop, where multiple bookmark selection works as expected. The problem appears to be limited to the mobile version only.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox on a phone. 2. Go to Bookmarks. 3. Use the search bar to find bookmarks. 4. Try to select multiple bookmarks.

Expected behavior: Ability to select multiple bookmarks in search results on mobile.

Actual behavior: Only one bookmark can be selected at a time.

Links won't respond to touch , scrolling up and down is fine , all other touch functions are fine , just links and tabs etc won't respond

Any help ? Wasn't like this before

In the instructions says if you want to pair the device is to open Firefox on Android, press the "3 dots button" and click Ready to Scan button, but if I do that there is no such option there at all.

I am doing this signed-in into my Mozilla account.

Out of the blue you asked me to sign in after over 5yrs. Then you tell me my user name in use. Yes by me. So I changed password and then Google got involved. So I tried me Google sign in. Didn't do anything probably made things worse. How can I sign back in again?

When I want to buy something and my bank want to check payment I change firefox for bank app but firefox automaticaly reload the page. Same problem if I want to sign in somewhere and need pause or copy something from another app. The firefox always teload page and I have to start again. ONLY one help is divided screen. But it is not solution.

Hi team, i was trying to import the account from desktop to android, tryied to scan generated qr code, but the phone is not reacting at all. Please help.
