I'm experiencing an issue with Firefox where my saved passwords from my desktop aren't syncing to my Android phone. Pressing the "Sync Now" button doesn't trigger any action. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including removing and readding the device, force stopping the app, clearing cache and data, and manually syncing again, but nothing has worked. It seems like a bug. Any suggestions?

For maybe a few weeks, I can't synchronise my account, I've tried to log out / log in multiple times but the "Synchronise now" button does nothing and the "Sync" one on the devices tabs just get stuck on "Synchronising..." but eventually does nothing. I can send a tab to Firefox desktop, but that's all. Both devices are logged on my account. I can't choose what to synchronise because it's greyed out.

Firefox has stopped syncing from my android phone. In the 'connected services' section of the account page it shows both my PC and phone connected. On the desktop it shows synchronised frequently updating (e.g. 24 seconds ago) but on phone it shows 'never'. It previously showed last sync as 14 days ago but I relogged (from both devices) to try to fix it. It just so happens that 14 days ago I added a new email address to login with my mozilla account (previous email became secondary), but I have checked and both devices are logged in with updated credentials.

Any ideas other than re-install?

I recently encountered an issue where Firefox stopped working properly, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled the browser. After reinstalling, I logged back into my Firefox account, but none of my data (such as bookmarks, saved passwords, history, etc.) has been restored.

It seems like my account is behaving like a brand new one

Hello, hope you're doing well So I deleted the app by accident, downloaded again , tried to sign in but I forgot the password so I reset it and signed in normally, however there's no bookmarks, no past history tabs, and most importantly no passwords, everything is gone, tried syncing multiple times but it didn't work.

I have tried logging out and logging back in on my android firefox. accounts.firefox.com shows it is logged in, yet I do not see my firefox on android listed in my "Tabs from other devices"/"Synced tabs", in fact, I do not see any other device tabs listed. On my android firefox, it shows that I am logged in, yet the checkmarks for choosing what I want to sync are all disabled, the sync now button can be clicked but does nothing. I have tried logging out, forced stopping firefox app, and restarting android, nothing worked.

Hi I bought a new android phone (the Xiaomi Poco F7) and I want to sync the Firefox from my Windows PC to the device. But when I try to scan the QR code it cannot be scanned. Please advise. Thank you

I have tried to synchronize my A8 across devices, but not having any luck.

I have signed out, and paired numerous times, but now it is saying it has never sync'ed.

All other devices are working fine.

I have tried using the account menu to find "sync and save" in response to the prompt for the QR code on my desktop. There is an option that says sync but when I click it it does not open up a QR code reader.

No doubt this has been asked before but I haven't found an answer, apologies! Just got a new phone. I have well over 100 tabs open on Firefox on my old phone and want to move them over to the new one if that's possible. The phones are synced but alas that doesn't do it. Is there a way to transfer all those tabs over to the new phone without copying every single Web address the hard way?

I got a new samsung and attempted to transfer tabs from one phone to another, however anything that ive tried or searched, either didnt match my issue or it simply didnt work. "Sync now" doesnt work and all of that.

For months I've been trying to sync my FF bookmarks between my android phone and my pc and vice-versa. And with no avail. I've looked at so many, many answers and upon trying them with no avail but, frustration. Surely, an extension for droid FF could be developed to freely sync bookmarks between a droid and a pc and from pc to droid.

I have a small problem. When I click MENU and Bookmarks, I can't access my synced bookmarks from my PC computer. But when I edit one bookmark, I see all folders from my PC to put in. Normally I can't see all my folders with bookmarks from my PC.

Hi I normally use Firefox on my phone, but I recently decided to use it on my computer as well. Since I had forgotten my password, I reset it. After the reset, I can log in on my computer without any issues, but I cannot log in on my phone. When I try to sign in with my new password on mobile, it says the password is incorrect.

I also tried to use QR code sync, but it shows an "Unexpected error" message. At the moment, I can only access my account on my computer, but not on my phone.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Firefox desktop and Fennec Android are syncing everything perfectly, including tabs from Fennec in Firefeox, except for when I try to view tabs from Firefox in Fennec I get the message: "You don't have any tabs open in Fennec on your other devices".

I have tried to figure out what's causing this and have searched for answers but I can't figure it out. Could anyone suggest what the problem might be please. Appologoes if this is something obvious I've just missed.

bonjour, il est impossible de synchroniser son telephone avec son ordinateur , il demande le mot de passe, et sur le le téléphone quand on tape son mot de passe ou son code d'autorisation pour se connecter ça ne fonctionne pas , tous ça même si ils sont bon Cordialement
