I use the mobile version of Mozilla firefox and it choose to "remove" the open in other app feature for certain apps.

If I open youtube.com mozilla would ask to "open in other app" as an option instead of just opening it in the browser, youtube, twitter/X, reddit, etc. are fine, but for certain apps such as Pixiv and Patreon the option just dissapeared entirely, not even in the tripple dots at the bottom right does this option appear, can anyone help?

I have two Zebra TC8000 hand scanners running Android OS 5.1.1 that I've reset to factory defaults. I need to download and install Firefox but each installation attempt fails either at the download or at installation. No real detail is given as to what the issue is. I just get a message "Queueing" or "X App not installed."

I've attempted to install our regular APK that has historically worked fine. The download location is... https://download.moziilla.org/?product=fennec-latest&os=android&lang=multi The APK from this site no long downloads. The download status just shows "QUEUEING" for 5-7 minutes then fails.

I switched to browsing directly to the Mozilla FTP page and attempted to download several versions of Firefox for Android. The latest version 125.0 at... https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/fenix/releases/125.0/android/ Here, I tried installing each of the three APKs offered here and receive the message "X App not installed" with each attempt. I am, at least, able to successfully download the APK and launch the install but I can't get the install to work.

Any clue on what could be wrong?

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

Whenever I use Firefox the UI image elements will become oversized making everything squished. I have provided pictures of the incorrect display and what it looks like on my default browser fir reference.

Any website that uses OscillatorNode and other similar features has the audio generated devolve into a crackly mess after only a second or two.

My computer restated itself with an update. Now Firefox and all my bookmarks and saved log in info is gone. I normally can solve this by simply logging in and syncing from my phone. Firefox will not open a log in page from any of the icons on any Firefox page. I can log in using Chrome but of course sync from there is not possible. I can log in on my phone also. The problem is either my Mac settings or the Firefox settings on that computer. I have searched FAQ etc. No clear solutions can be found.

I have Firefox on my Windows 11 desktop computer. As of today, I cannot see my Firefox on my Android smartphone. The problem started when I saw that my computer desktop Firefox would not automatically update. When I tried to update manually, I lost my ability to use my Android Firefox. Don't know what to do next.

Hello Why getting a black mask and purple screen. I did not set private and security is in lower case and cant access. I want the normal screen with history that I can delete myself. Not sure if this is new or update caused this to change.thxs joseph

I have made Firefox my default browser and am attempting to import my bookmarks from my AVG browser. However, when the choice menu appears, all browsers are shown except AVG. Any help appreciated. TIA.

Hi, I'm having issues with my Google search results page. It used to be very clean looking and mainly only showing the results of whatever I searched. Today though, I searched something and now the Google results are first showing Reddit answers, what others have asked, discussions and forums, what others have searched, short videos, etc. I have to scroll really far down just to get some normal search results. How can I fix this? Call me old school but I want the classic version back. Please help, I don't want to switch browsers. I've been using Firefox nearly since it's launch, since StumbleUpon days. I can't access to 'calendars' on Firefox for Mobile (to boook an appointement or check schedule in exemple). Works fine on Chrome and used to work on an old phone with Firefox. Disabling extensions did nothing.

I'm running out of ideas.
