When using Bing as the search engine, typing in Chinese returns garbled text and malformed URL suggestions. This also occurs when visiting bing.com directly and typing in Chinese into the search box; however, English input works perfectly fine. Other search engines (such as Google, Baidu, DuckDuckGo) do not have this issue. The problem is specific to Firefox—it does not occur on Chrome. I have tried reinstalling Firefox and clearing all data, but the issue persists. I have updated to the latest Firefox version for the Android app, using Samsung Galaxy S20. When viewing YouTube in mobile view (desktop view works though) through the browser, the comment section seem to be invisible and not showing. I have tried fresh reinstalling, and toggled all the settings, but I can't seem to get it to work on Firefox. Other browsers like chrome works just fine. Is this a bug?

I updated to version 142.0 on 26 August 2025 on my tablet running Android 10. When I went to my favorite website and tried to enter text into a text box in a discussion forum the screen went dead white behind my keyboard and brlow the URL bar. I couldn't see what I was typing nor anything of the website (which has a black background).

This is repeating on discussion forums but not in private messaging. As soon as I make my keyboard (Gboard, latest release) disappear the website comes back.

Definitely related to the update, as five minutes before I downloaded it everything was working perfectly. I cannot get a screenshot because as soon as I try, Gboard disappears and the website screen returns.

Any ideas?

(Also, is there a way to tell Mozilla directly rather than crowdsourcing a tech problem they created?)

I play Wordle from NY Times daily. The display has changed when visited through Firefox, remains as usual through other browsers. I have cleared the history and cache. I have deleted all data, turned on and off the VPN and restarted my phone. No joy. All other websites and browsing experience seems OK as usual.

The image I have uploaded is the current display, ie awful and not usual.

Any advice?

Since the November 6th update, my input from SwiftKey keyboard specifically on Duckduckgo site (not when searching from Firefox address bar) is being very disrupted. Single click on spacebar is ignored and autocomplet filles in a different spot than the cursor. This doesn't happen an any other website an also does not happen on chrome for android on Duckduckgo. Also this does not happen with gboard in Firefox. Any ideas?

Reporting (via the browser) websites that will not let me log in using Firefox has had no effect so I have given up. I use Chrome for any sites that don't work on Firefox. I am just leaving this here because I was asked for feedback.

I’ve noticed that Firefox on my Android phone becomes noticeably slow whenever I open certain video or streaming pages. The browser doesn’t crash, but the page takes a long time to respond, and scrolling becomes choppy until the video fully loads.

I’ve tried clearing the cache, disabling add-ons, and testing on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. The issue only seems to happen on Firefox — the same sites load smoothly on other browsers.

Is this a known performance limitation, or is there something in the settings I should adjust? I’m not sure if it’s related to media decoding or just heavy websites.

I'm trying to troubleshoot a strange issue on a website I manage. Everything works as expected in Chrome on Android, but in Firefox for Android some users report layout and image-loading problems that I haven't been able to reproduce consistently on my own devices. I've already checked caching, responsive design, and basic CSS issues, but the reports keep coming in. Hello, when using a dropdown list that is connected to an external source (excel on the cloud), firefox on android does not offer us options. It works in other browsers. Ideal worked in Opera. Where is the problem with firefox?

Firefox for Android on Pixel 8: When trying to use the Google image search in the browser or the search widget, there is no shutter button or any other camera controls—see attached screenshot. I have uninstalled/reinstalled FF multiple times and have rebooted the phone. This feature works fine in Chrome and the Google widget.

Firefox used to be good but it's just becoming broken garbage. I just tried the Opera browser which lets you listen to youtube with the screen locked and tab minimalised. Something that used to function on Firefox but is now just another broken feature. Not to mention that for over a year now the comments haven't been loading on youtube videos, which I posted on here all the way back then and got no response. Time to put this useless garbage in the trash can...

Since the last update or true I can sign on to streamyard on my side but it will not let me go to other people's panels on streamyard I disabled all security tracking and everything I put it on the lowest and let everything open and it still does the same thing the other day it did a few times and then it connected but now it's not doing it at all

Hi developers, I'm running Firefox on an Android tablet and ran into an issue. When I enable the desktop version of the browser, accessing websites (like searching on Baidu) fails to load the desktop version. I compared Edge browser with Firefox and found through website UserAgent detection that when Edge runs desktop websites, it switches UserAgent to Linux, while Firefox maintains Android UserAgent for desktop sites. This causes some websites to ignore network requests and load mobile versions. To resolve this, we need to disable and re-enable desktop website access first, which may allow the site to respond to desktop requests.

Can I adjust the settings to switch to the desktop version of the website? I don't want to switch to another browser.
