Through lunch overboard I can't employee problems Chrome to Firefox on the same Samsung A7 or my A8 tablet. I followed directions and cannot call me most people think ing we got to help.

Recently my Firefox browser updated, but my bookmarks didn't.

If I try about:profiles from the address bar, nothing happens.

How do I go about accessing other profiles and enhanced settings on Android.

I don't understand why my bookmarks are and other settings weren't migrated, or why before the update a warning wasn't displayed that the data would be lost or why it wasn't exported as plain text so that nothing was lost??

Noticed my phone having terrible battery life, from battery usage you can see that Firefox is highly likely one of the main culprits. I have observed the same over a few days on the last two Firefox builds. My phone is hacked through my formal email,the email is disabled already,the hacker of my email used another email for my recovery which I don't have access to. The hacker has been remotely controlling my phone since August and I haven't had my privacy. The encrypted files on my phone and all the legal made on my phone was done by the hacker because the hacked email is my business email which I puts all my data into. They hacked the email,used the email for frauds and encrypted the email and make it look like I am the one did it. Please safe me from the hacker please. When I signed up new email,the same thing keep happening. It's frustrating and stressful not to have a privacy. I am not working under any organization,I am self employed and I am from Nigeria. Am a priest,a guidance counselor and a business man. I am a family man, married with a kid. Please help me Mozilla. You have been helping me, please continue helping me and help me fully please. I have deleted the encrypted files but it will still comes back but these are the what I saw on my phone settings which I know that is not normal.

All logins passwords and bookmarks disappeared from my Android phone after the latest Mozilla update (version 120.1.0).

On the phone version I can't locate any previous Profiles to check whether the filesight be there. In fact it was necessary to revert to my trusty handwritten paper password list to even login to write this query.

I have updated Firefox/Mozilla every time an update was announced.

This is not the reliability I would expect from Mozilla and I hope you can help me to recover these files.

going to the battery usage shows that firefox is using a lot of cpu no background refresh, high number of wifi data.

developers of Firefox could add few options for users

1. if there are multiple tabs make all inactive and only the active tab consume data

2. use compression engine so that less data is sent over the wire 3. dont auto play audio or video 4. use new os level power management https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/behavior-changes-all
