When browing, I usually open a lot of tabs. I keep the tabs opened and leave browser, then I return to mozilla to finish browsing. But when I leave the tabs opened for a few days, then I found that the tabs are closed automatically (even though I use mozilla at that time) Please fix the problem, otherwise, all the tabs can't be found on the "recently closed tabs". And the browsing history stays for only 7 days, why? Maybe it'll good to stay all the history. Please fix the problems, mozilla is amazing browser, I really like it but I'd like to have the full history & I hate to see that I opened mozilla & my all tabs are gone, also from the "recently closed tab"

I am using firefox browser on samsung note 10 plus. Android version 10. Every time I try to log in to Firefox sync the app crashes and rebooting and reinstallation of the app to make sure it is updated in various combinations does not help.

What do I do? Syncing is quite helpful especially to the phone!

It is really dissappointing and frustrating to not being able to get a realtime help from a staff over the phone just like old days. Got a problem, pickup the phone and then talk to a humble staff (back then), BAAAM, problem sorted. Instead, I need now to wite a two to three paragraphs to not only improve my writing, but also to lengthen the problem time. OK!

I have changed my Firefox Accounts account's (huh!) password to be 99 characters, this worked fine on my PC. However, on my Samsung phone (Note 4 Edge), it is running Android 6.0.1.

When I tried to reconnect to my account, I got a silly message saying that: "the confirmation email we sent to xxxxx@hotmail.com was returned and we've locked your account to protect your Firefox data". The email is MY EMAIL and it is valid! It simply didn't get their confirmation email. Not even in junk folder (save your words).

Obviously, Firefox is trying to protect my data from ME!. Secondly, instead of saying that: a 99 character long password could be the case, they just covered their mistakes by merely hitting the lock button from their side and left me with writing up about the whole issue.

My direct question is: Is it the password length that prevents me from connecting to my F.... Firefox Accounts account? Or is it something else. I doubt it is the former though! huh...

Waiting for Firefox to urge thier cavaliers, whom which I undoubtly respect, to answer this embarrasing question and cover up thier mistakes.

And now I need another extra time to hide my email in the picture for my privacy and for Firefox fellas who would applause for me. I know that they would.

Hi I have 3 Samsung devices, Tablet A6, Samsung S5 and Samsung S9 with settings Browser language: System default. On all devices except from Samsung S9, Firefox follows language default settings on the device. Device language english with norwegian keyboard. On my S9, english keyboard is showing english even I change the language of the browser to Norwegian. All other apps on my S9, I have english version with norwegian keyboard. And I have compared the settings for Firefox and they are the same for all my other devices and are up to date eith the latest version. This problem appeared recently!

This is frustrating that I'm not able to use Firefox on my S9 as I can on my other devices.

Looking forward to have an solution on this problem.
