Hello Expert, I need android Tab like Desktop. I found this feature in older version Firefox that is 68.0.0. But I want it in New updated Firefox.

Hey, Can't seem to find the master password feature on android that's on the desktop version. Saw a previous thread from a year ago that implied that it was cause the unlocking of the phone was enough, but that didn't make sense to me, because you have to unlock a computer as well?

I just worry that if my phone gets hacked, they would just be able to easily pull the firefox passwords, and I wouldn't mind that extra layer of protection. Any chance I missed the setting or of this getting added? Or is this something I shouldn't worry about due to the way the data is secured?

I am not able to share website links to Google Messages using Firefox Nightly for Android, version 127.0a1 (Build #2016020495).

Steps to reproduce: open email message, tap on a link, once the link opens in the Powered by Firefox Nightly screen I tap on the sharing icon, select Google Messages, Google Messages opens but the link address is not pasted on the compose message box. Trying to manually copying and pasting the link has the same result. The only way to be able to share the link is to open the link in Firefox Nightly (the full browser) and then share it.

This happens on a Google Pixel 8 Pro using the latest Android 14 version with related updates.

Good morning. I recently changed smartphone, activating Firefox Sync between both devices, making sure that the old one didn't have the setting that makes open tabs inactive. Now after a week I don't see anymore synchronized tabs with the old smartphone. How can I solve it? Thanks, Phil.

I accidentally cleared the Firefox app's data while my account was still logged in and now all of my account data is completely gone. Am I just done for or is there a way to get this back?

as described, send tab function does not work one way (android to PC), but works fine from PC to android mobile phone/tablet. the pop-up error is the "Unable to send - RETRY", and pressing 'RETRY' doesn't do anything. I am logged in to the mozilla account on both android devices, and firefox sync/syncing tabs work fine. not sure what's the issue

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running latest Android update and latest Firefox update. I set Firefox as my default browser. I have un-installed all updates for Samsung Internet and removed all permissions for it. Disabling it is greyed out. Some apps that I use have links to websites. Too frequently, when I go to one of those links, the intro screen for Samsung Internet opens. Then, when I look at the settings in Firefox it is no longer set as the default. Then I set Firefox to default and go to my phone settings to see that Firefox is selected as the default. If I open the previously mentioned app and choose the web link, Firefox will open. But somewhere along the way, the default changes back to Samsung Internet and it's a vicious circle. I have posted in a Samsung forum but haven't gotten a reply that solved the problem. Please help. I want Firefox as my only browser, and have disabled google. I have Firefox as my default browser, but yet still have google as the browser that I'm forced to use. I seem to have to go through the whole process to have one search that isn't taken over by Google. Any advise? Thanks.

About:config is not available and my phone on vpn at ipleak.net says webrtc detection shows 10.41.0.162 IANA private or special address and 2001:db8:123:10a0 IANA private or special address.

Aren't they internal LAN ip's? How can they be seen even without a VPN when I have NAT.

I have installed Firefox on both my tablet and Phone (Android 13 and 14). I cannot get a QR code on my desktop when I follow the link but I did get a QR code from another source but I was required to give a code on my Microsoft Authenticator but none appeared. I have set up two-stage authentication but am not receiving the required codes. Can you help ?

I've had no issues with Firefox Sync on desktop but frequent issues on Android.

Yesterday, it failed in a different way, announcing that I needed to sign into Sync. I've tried a dozen times yesterday and today using both QR scan and email confirmation. All fail in various ways. For example:

• After scanning QR code: "500 Error Oh dear, something went wrong there"
• After scanning QR code: "Pairing not successful. Error while creating the pairing channel"
• After scanning QR code and approving on mobile device and desktop, desktop says success, but phone stays on "Approval now required from your other device" Interestingly this page isn't open in the normal browser. If I click the three dot menu, it says "POWERED BY FIREFOX, Open in Firefox"
• After going through all the steps and it saying "You're signed into Firefox," yet when I go to share a tab, it asked me to sign in.

Any tips on getting Firefox Sync to work? I don't see any troubleshooting sections in the online help articles.

When I click on the scan feature next to the FireFox's search box, FireFox only shows a black screen. Same issue exists when I try to sign in to my FireFox account using the QR code scanner option. My camera outside FireFox works fine.

It is impossible to trigger a doubleclick or from some tests, extremelly difficult to do. I calculated that in order to trigger a doubleclick, the 2 clicks needs to be somewhat no more than 0.08 seconds aparts. :That's wrog and inaccessible, the value should be between 0.4 and 0.8, NOT 0.08.
