I logged into my account on my mobile browser, and was able to see all my passwords and saved data that I had on my computer. I ended up signing by accident and when I logged back in all my passwords and bookmarks where gone. How can I restore them??

i have a mozilla account. I am pretty sure I am logged in on both desktop, laptop and android.

no matter what I do, the "sync and save data"option on android does not appear. when I view the qr code on my android galaxy a14 5g android version 13 it takes me to the google play store where my choices are open or uninstall. when I tap open, it asks "do you want to leave firefox?". google play screen re-appears. 2nd time I tap to open, it just displays the url and android browser is blank. mzl.la/3NDxAIS

how can I sync my android version 121.1.0 to my desktop?

With the removal of a 'speed dial' from the recentish big update of Firefox for Android I thought I could use the Shortcuts (on the somewhat limited homepage options) to do the same job.

But these don't seem to sync with Firefox for Windows and there's no Shortcuts option in the sync menu. I switch between two platforms a lot and having those shortcuts sync is really important as I add pages for looking at at different times on different devices.

I *know* I could use bookmarks, but that's another couple of clicks every time I want to go to a webpage - over the course of a day that could be hundreds.

It's used to be possible to have a syned homepage in Firefox for Android. It's still possible in Vivaldi, Opera & Brave. But I'd like to use Firefox.

Anyone any info on how I can sync the homepage Shortcuts across Firefox for Android and for Windows?

Or is there another way of having a synced speed dial-style homepage on Firefox on different platforms?

For the last few month my Firefox on Android won't sync with my own sync server anymore. Syncing works on Ubuntu Desktop Firefox. On Android the same URL is configured and worked before.

I tried reinstalling Firefox and installing Firefox Nightly, but I cannot get it to sync: Login in to Account works, but "Last synced" either says "never" or "Jan 1, 1970".

I tried debugging as shown in the mozilla docs (https://wiki.mozilla.org/User_Services/Sync/Debug_Sync)

How do I get my sign ins, passwords, bookmarks, etc., on my laptop to the Android version of Firefox on my new Android phone? I have signed into my Firefox on my laptop and instructed it to "Sync". It says it has synced on my laptop. Now how do I get that information I mentioned above to sync to my phone? I tried taking a picture of the QR code on my laptop but it says I need to pair it with another device, but doesn't say how to do that. I need my bookmarks, passwords, sign ins transferred/copied to the Firefox browser on my new Nokia X100 phone. It just keeps telling me I need to pair my device but no further instructions.

I don't understand where to put the authentification code I receive on my phone. I have a yahoo and a gmail account. And then where do I find the code in turn to put on that screen?

I can get the sync to work on my laptop but when it comes to the Android box, it just keeps spinning [ blue circle ]. It states on the laptop what devices are syncing but I cannot sign in onto the android because it takes me to no page... just spinnnnnnnning! *sighs* Why can't you guys just leave Firefox alone and quit making all these changes. If anyone has a better browser idea, let me know.

hi, i have Firefox 100.1.1 on my Samsung s10 lite and was wondering how to rename it in Firefox sync because at the moment it's name is the model code which is very confusing as my Samsung tablet has a similar code. I downloaded Firefox from the galaxy store. thanks willo

Do pinned tabs sync automatically between PC and Android Browsers? I have pinned somewhat 20 tabs on PC. And i keep updating these tabs, On Android browser these pinned tabs don't update. And i always have to add them one by one manually

It seems that collections are not synced or are synced and than delete existing entries. I had quite a large cooking recipes collection on my phone but now i only see the latest ones.

Ive collected an insane amount of pages in collections on my android phone. After syncing this and opening Firefox on a PC which does not understand collections I've lost all these links. Is this by design? I had such a nice recipe for potato asparagus salad which now is lost forever.

Hello, my saved passwords from the Firefox browser on my laptop doesn't sync to my android phone, android tablet, or my iPad.

It only seems to be the passwords that aren't syncing. I've tried pairing with the qr code and pairing by signing in with email. My passwords aren't syncing. I've changed browser and auto fill settings on my devices to Firefox. It's still not working. Please help.
