Help! I’m trying to access my saved articles in airplane mode while traveling. This used to be no problem but new app last year won’t let me. Tell me the secret of how to do it! Thanks.

I find the process of adding bookmarks really difficult. I have a ton of them and I need to keep them organized, so I have to add them to the correct folder when I make them. So on mobile, I have to go to the menu, tap add, quickly tap the "edit" button before it goes away, navigate out of mobile bookmarks to desktop bookmarks, scroll past every single folder and subfolder I have (there are a lot) and finally get to save my bookmark. Then, when I find something else I want to remember in the same category, I have to do the same 6-step process because the browser doesn't automatically navigate to the last folder I saved to. If anyone knows of a way to make the process shorter I would be very grateful.

I hope there will be an update in which we get bookmarks on the top for ipad. just like on pc. it's definitely possible cause there is enough screen real estate. or make two bars or 3 on ios. I hope this is a feature that will be picked up and implemented one day. I fully switched to Firefox. Cause now it connects every search result to desktop. Also I like that it isn't chromium based

There are lots of “one person has this problem” under questions about the bookmarks bar in iOS. Are you ever going to address this or should we all switch back to safari? Cheers C

When I go to save a bookmark, the “done” or “save” button is missing. I can’t get bookmarks to save because I can’t complete the selection process. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this?

A virus warning kept appearing on my Firefox browser so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. I lost all my bookmarks and I know you have to have them somewhere please help

I can’t get the app on iOS to download without a messed up bookmark setting, which means the settings button will not open! Please offer a solution? I installed and reinstalled, plus I’ve tried to delete files folder etc, but the iOS download is holding onto the old file system, which I messed up. I purposely restarted a brand new account, after five to six years of using my old account, but that changed nothing. The bookmarks aren’t even holding on to Mozilla Firefox desktop site book markers?

Attempted to scroll through a folder of bookmarks (Firefox for iOS on an older iPad Pro that’s been fully updated to iOS 16.1). About halfway through the scroll, the app shuts down. Upon restart, it restores tabs, but also apparently clears cache, forcing me to re-login to accounts.

Since the latest update I cannot access at least one site P&O cruises nz, the site comes up but is not the correct site. I was getting an error message about Norton security and the url being too long, for that and other sites. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it, but still cannot access the correct site. I no longer get the error message, but the site is incorrect. If I use safari it comes up with the correct site.

I have taken two screenshots describing what I mean. Usually, you see a edit/save tab when you click bookmarks to either bookmark a page or edit the location of an existing one.

This has been happening for a while. And I have kept my device and all apps updated to latest available.

For this post, I tried to bookmark a page. Then tried to edit it’s location to “Lending” for instance. In both screenshots you can see there’s that edit/save button missing.

Because of this i am unable to edit my bookmarks’ location.

Recently my ipad updated the app to v106. Before the new bookmarks would save by where the latest bookmarks were at, now they are appearing above the older ones kinda messing with my folders I have on top.

I could see a adclick somehow added to my Firefox app on iPhone iOS 17. I don’t see any actual bookmarks exist but don’t know how this reference still exist and how to remove it?

Please refer the screenshot, appreciate any and all the help to understand and remove this adclick.

Hi - after deleting then reinstalling Firefox on my ipad I found that all my bookmarks had disappeared. I’ve tried re-syncing bookmarks to no avail, and tried to follow instructions to find my profile (‘about:profiles’, enter) but just reverts back to the same page so can’t progress, tried settings/troubleshooting but no sign of my profile folder let alone ‘Application Basics’. Are my bookmarks permanently gone? Any advice would be much appreciated (I should say I’m not the most computer literate so very probably there’s something I’m not doing right!) - many thanks, Cheryl.
