When I scan any QR code it goes to a Firefox start page instead of the site the code it’s written to. The same for links from other apps. My software is up to date. I have tried powering down and restarting. I really like Firefox and would like to keep it as my primary browser. What should I check?

Firefox for ios has always auto filled my saved passwords. A few days ago, it stopped. I haven’t changed any settings. I updated the app and checked that the settings were the same. Still no autofill. Help!

Mozilla has been having issues loading USPS.gov site, tracking packages and informed delivery pages since last week. Switch to Safari and no issue.

I am having an issue where my Firefox is displaying suggestions from sites I have visited only ever in private browsing mode. When I type a letter with this site, it appears as a “Firefox Suggested” search, not a Google search which I have already disabled. I have cleared my history, cleared my cache, reinstalled, done the same on all my devices, ensured I have no bookmarks or any remnants of the site visited, yet they remain visible on my phone. I am on Firefox for IOS, my IOS and Firefox are updated to the latest edition as of 04/11/2024. I am ensure what to do, as I really can’t allow this. Is there a way to turn this off, or is my only option to just switch back to Safari for the time being? Please let me know, as I need this turned off or to figure out how to clear this specific suggestion despite it being nowhere in my history, bookmarks, cache, downloads, or anywhere else.

Recently, I reported a glitch with e-mail messages from you. The text of the messages was darkened either completely or almost to the point of being unreadable--actually, backgrounded--always at least partially covered by a pop-up telling about the trackers that were derailed by the DuckDuckGo browser. Since then, I have made a discovery: The problem occurs when using Apple's iPhone Mail app, but not at all when using Microsoft's iPhone Outlook app. It should be noted that e-mails from you go to my Microsoft (Outlook.com) account. Firefox for iOS always worked with autofill until a couple of days ago. I cannot for the life of me get it to work. I deleted app, reinstalled, resynced and it still doesn’t work. I can see my passwords in the passwords section under privacy but it won’t autofill. I’m wondering if the latest update broke it.

I just found out out I got like a couple of hundred inactive tabs on my Firefox app on my iPhone. I just got a new phone and now I’m worried that when I transfer from my old iPhone to my new one, the inactive tabs won’t be transferred along?

I have set up two bookmarks, both for the same financial institution, one for my wife, and one for myself. It appears that the system has copied the card numbers from the first one, and put them into the second one, so that we can only get access to her cards, not mine, no matter which bookmark we use.

I have a similar problem with saved passwords. They go into the directory with whatever name the organization uses, which isn't always useful. "login.live..." appears several times, and I have to sign in to each of them in turn, to find the one I need. How can I re-name them to something useful?

Hi - I deleted & reinstalled Firefox focus for IOS because I was unable to email myself articles from FF. Now, every time I open an email on my Protonmail app, instead of it opening in Safari, it opens in FF (where I have Safari turned off). What have I done? (lol) And could you please help?

in the bookmarks page on iOS devices, Why can't we swipe back to the previous state and we have to press the previous arrow, Is it an issue or just something else?

Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

Recently on my older iPad (5th generation) whenever I do an image search and click on a highlighted image (any highlighted image) or the corresponding thumbnail link, doing so always and only results in a blank page. If however, I choose the option to open the image in a new tab, then and only then does the search go to the desired site. All the other search options seem to work fine.

I have cleared my caches and deleted my histories to no avail. Removing and reinstalling Firefox did not help. Rebooting didn’t do it either. Have I caught a malware that my antivirus protection has failed to detect? Is it a bug in the app?

I’m stumped.

Meanwhile FF for iOs eats up 5 GB of Disk Space on my iPad Pro 2022. I did try to research how to avoid this to no avail.

Any hint is welcome.

Firefox for iPadOS (version 125.1) does not completely download files. I get the blue „Completed“-bar at the bottom of the screen. Most of the time it gives the correct file name in the download folder and sometimes, as with Thingiverse, the name of the download is „Unknown“. But always the download is just a few kB big. I have to copy&paste the URL to Safari and redo the download. Safari always does downloads correctly. Suggestions highly appreciated.

I receive links from a few sources (i.e. Wall Street Journal) that have lists of link’s to articles both on their webpage and their App.

If I have Safari as the default browser the link directs me to the app, where the full article is available. If I have Firefox as the default browser (which I prefer) it directs me to the web version, which is incomplete, as it requires a more expensive subscription to access the full content.

Why can’t Firefox link directly to the App if present on the device?
