I’ve already changed passwords but they have managed to delete a lot of my personal stuff including passwords. How do I stop this? Also the Firefox focus app keeps wanting to open an external browser even though I have it set as default as I am able to use it atm. But I know I’m still hacked. I have 0 internet connection on most apps and features. Also getting pages that when I inspect them they look like the photo attached….

It has always been my understanding that “private browsing” does not “keep track” of browsing history. However, after the latest update, I have to manually clear my browsing history. Also, if Firefox Private Browsing is default browser, why doesnt it open in private mode when touching the app to open. It causes problems if you get an email for example, and have to click on it to open something online. It opens in the “non private” browser. Then I have to cut and paste the URL into the private browser to continue my work. It use to open in private AND the history use to clear itself. Sorry for the frustration. Thanks, Ravyn

Hello, I have ipad air 1 I cannot download Firefox on this device because Firefox requires ios 15 Which is not downloaded in my ipad aer 1 How can I get it on my device? Thank you 🌹

Since switching my default browser from Safari to Firefox on my iPhone, I’ve noticed that deep links aren’t working like they used to. For example, an Instagram link that I received through a WhatsApp message used to open the Instagram app, or a LinkedIn link I received through Gmail would open the LinkedIn app. But now they open Firefox instead, which asks me to log in to the web app. I don’t see a Firefox setting to get deep links working again. The “Block Opening External Apps” setting is turned off.

Is there a way to locate my Firefox password? I am moving and have to pack my computers away. I will need to login to Firefox on a new computer at my destination but I have forgotten my password. Is it in my profile somewhere? Thanks for your help.
